When you speak of fraud at its finest. I had to make a report to the oag office and pursue legal actions due to the lady that opened my account scam the whole deal. She made me a fake email that I've never heard of. She put a pin on there that I did not ask for or authorize. She refused to Port my number which created a problem for me in the long run. The service was horrible. I have made multiple complaints to boost in regards to this stores operation and procedure. Stay away!!!

Went to buy a phone, they gave me a used phone and the manager lied said it’s new, when I received it, it had scratches on it. I never used the phone. That same day I told them I don’t want the phone and when I requested for a refund they told me they can’t give me a full refund. I paid 375 ended up getting 220 back ad a refund. 100 dollar loss. Of a phone that was never used.
