The seller there was a total scam and a liar he sold me a line for 60$ and told me it was unlimited data then I knew that it was 25$ only it’s fine but the next day I received a notification that I used my 5 gb data an ran out of data I went back to the store he wasn’t there and the girl said she couldn’t do anything or refund and kinda lined with her colleague his name was Zein I told her he sold me an unlimited data line and it’s only 5gb she replied rudely that she has work if I’m done

Literally worse service ever!! Store was locked during business hours and the staff literally told me that the door was locked for a reason..even though the staff say they were open/closed!! Literally wasted my time!! Hire new staff!!

I stopped by because I received a text that my phone was going to be slower because I used to much of my data, the attendant was very polite and explained to the situation, she also mentioned to me about another line, and the benefits and I was glad cause she showed me a couple of phones and a cover and I left their very much satisfied, she stated that she was from another store and she was just filling in, but anyway she was awesome. Thank you for the great service and for my new phone.

I was about to give up all hope in boost and was already think were could I switch services to. See i bought a phone two weeks prior this day and was told I could do a line swap 15 days later after purchasing the phone. The day came and i was expecting everything to be easy. Offcourse it wasent. After going to the first store i learn that my old phone was no longer compatible to my new service. I was mad i was not expecting this phone swap to be so hard. The guy that help me in the first store was rude and basically wasent trying to help me. So i left and called customer service after speaking to the cust rep. I was tould the same. I then went to the store were i purchased the phone originally and hope they could help they didn't. They made me feel like I was robbed and there was nothing I could do. And they even rudely kick me out the store and cut my phone services. I couldn't believe it. At this point I was ready to give up. But need my phone so I went yet again to another store to get my phone working atheist. Thinking that the phone swap just wasent gonna happen i wanted my phone turn back on at least. Its wen I was found the boost store located on 3902 North shepherd dr. I was greeted by a young lady name Imene Dahmoun. I explained to her wat I was going thru. To my surprise she was actually eager to help. She talk to me with patience and understood what I was going thru. She actually took 2 hours of here day to help me she didn't give me excuses or talk to me rude she actually help me. Finally after going tru so much I finally got service. If you want quality customer service or need something fixed on your boost account I encourage you to go the the north shepherded location ask for Imene Dahmoun. This sweet young lady is the manager there and she knows what she's doing and gets things done. I'm one happy customer yet again. She retored my faith in Boost and i decided to keep my services with boost. Thank you so much Imene Your a saint.

Wow I had the worst experience I've ever had. When I bought the phone I was added to my husband's existing account. We left the store and got home we had a text saying his account rejected my joining. We had to go back to the store because the phone number listed online is incorrect. They said oops we forgot to tell you to restart the phone. All was well and good until this week when I get a text from Boost saying I owe $42 by the next day or my service will be disconnected. But I'm supposed to be on my husband's account at a cost of $35 automatically billed to his card, along with his service. So I call the toll free number and before I was disconnected I found out 1. I was being charged $7 for insurance I never asked for and didn't approve. 2. I wasn't on my husband's plan and our accounts were never connected. So I called this store where we purchased the phone and started service. The manager answered and had an immediate attitude that they "did nothing wrong". She said "she didn't know if someone hacked your accounts and changed the plan". I mean really? Why? And she was there that day "but didn't pay attention to the sales clerk and had no idea what she did". She put me on hold and said "well it's fixed now, what do you want?" I said well maybe since you are the manager you are responsible and how about an apology and assurance it was done right this time? To which she replied "Have a good day ma'am" and hung up on me! Then I get a text saying his account rejected my joining because my account wasn't the right plan. After googling I found out they put me on the WRONG plan the whole time, and it wasn't a plan that could be on multiple lines. So I had to change it myself, because they were completely wrong. They had also said our bill would be $70 not $60 because he would have to upgrade his phone to qualify for $60. But it was because they put me on an incompatible plan. They have no idea what they are doing and won't take any responsibility and instead were completely rude.

Thank you so much to the Boost representative that attended me today. Gibran was wonderful. i have never met such a fine young man. he gave me the best information in order to get my new phone and I love it!!! I love Boost!! =))
