I am not one to normally complain about a business or have issues with them. However, this is my second month with boost Mobile. I had an issue with the first store so I changed stores. And now this one they overcharged me $10 on my bill. And the person working there on Saturday May 3rd 709 p.m. completely refuse to be any assistance. Tried over and over to explain that my bill was not what they were saying it was, and I asked if she could call somebody? But she refused to assist me in any way. When I called boost Mobile they admitted I was correct and they took $10 off my next bill. Yes it reimburses me for the $10, but it doesn't much make up for the inconvenience.

1 star, because I cannot give zero.
I am a contractor who had an assignment in the area. My screen protector was damaged, so I decided to go to this Boost Mobile store, which was nearby. I was originally quoted $21 to replace this little piece of 'tempered glass,' then reduced to $16. Although I know that both prices were out of line, I was not trying to go much further with my phone screen unprotected. The lady tried one protector, but failed. She went to the back for another. The 2nd one seemed to attach more securely. (I was wearing sunglasses)
Next day (today:) I noticed that the screen protector was not only too small for my screen, but also peeling off. I called the store, a few minutes ago. Although it was their mistake for giving me the wrong item, I was told that I could not get an exchange or refund. It was not my fault they took my money for a faulty product. Why not even an exchange?? I do not even live in that area; but I know why I received this treatment. Houston, please keep your money out of this particular store. They do not care about customer satisfaction, only about customer giving them money.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had! That woman lied through her teeth about us needing to change our whole plan to get two more phone numbers we are already paying for! Then lied that the customer service people would be able to send us the Sim card. This woman was just awful! They need to work on their customer service in their locations and actually learn how to do their job. Looking for a new service now because this is a joke.
