Sam scammed me at this store!!!! I have been having problems with my phone dropping calls, not connecting etc. Sam tells me there was a recall on my phone and there was nothing he could do I just needed a new phone. So I bought a new one, get home to only have the same exact issues! Returned to the store, now Sam is gone and Mohammad tells me my number needs to be put into new network and he does this in less than a min. Therefore I purchased a new phone for nothing and they refuse to refund my money. After a day the phone still doesn't work so I switched to a new provider and guess what I still had to purchase another phone because Boost locks their phones for a year!!!! Boost you suck big time and I hope you all go out of business soon ripping ppl off as if anyone has money to waste these days!!! SHAME ON YOU! ??

I was waiting for the longest for help no one was There until I saw a guy coming out of a car and apparently the guy worked for boost i passed by and didn't know that boost agents get to spend time on their phone while being in their car ?

Was hesitant to go with all the reviews, but I went and Kacie took very good care of us. And she was great! Was very nice and even took off our activation fees. All I can say is the store has cleaned up and we will be returning.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL GOIN TO THIS STORE...!!! A LADY NAME KACIE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND STILL AND TAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE SHE DID ME AND MY HUSBAND SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND BEWARE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT ASK QUESTIONS UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT YOU GETTING INTO AND BE SURE THAT YOU ARE SET GOOD BECAUSE SHE ADDED ME TO A THIRD LINE THAT I WASN'T EVEN AWARE OF IT WAS A WHOLE BIG THING MY PHONE ONLY STAYED ON FOR 15 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS CUT OFF SHE SENT US THROUGH HELL AND HIGH WATER SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Giving this store a -100 they are a rip off this sales person name Kacie tried to rip me and my off.she tried to link us to her account as a three party line which was illegal for her to do.im giving everyone a heads up not to get a phone from there if you not ready to get rip off.

I phone 6x is three months old had to update three times there is something wrong with the phone been to Alexandria Louisiana store four times an they are not giving me service I am dissatisfied with the service there is something wrong with the phone I have insurance on phone needs to be replaced or repaired expect a answer or will switch company’s I am very dissatified

Sold faulty phone. Manager was extremely rude and had an attitude .Didn't explain anything well she just wanted us out ..Don't go here they scam you for your money!
