Today I went to this boost store around 1:45 pm and the employee was out side smoking mariguana I wait until he come back in when he come back in he told me he can’t take my Xfinity payment, bad service I will not recommend this store to anybody

I had already planned on going to a Boost Mobile store before I left the house for the day I just didn't know which one. I had errands to run and I wasn't sure what part of town I was going to be in by the time I was ready to go boost. This was the location I ended up going too. I have had boost service before and I never had a problem with the actual service. I actually have always thought boost had great coverage compared to some other prepaid services. It was the last day that my Metro PCS account was going to work, and I was ready to buy a new phone. There was only one other person in the store when I came in. They didn't have a lot of phones to choose from. I actually have become of fan of the Asus Zenfone phones they seem to work really well for me. So I explained to the associate what I needed my phone to do and what would the closest be to the Zenfone, and she recommended the Samsung J7 Refine. I don't know why she recommended it. It could be because it was one of the more expensive phones that they offered but it wants until after I got home that I realized I hated the phone. Then a few days later I noticed that the screen was chipped in a tiny spot at the very top right area on the tiny black area and you would never know it unless you looked hard enough. So I started trying to call around to see what my options were and I got the run around of course. Then I soon realized that I was stuck with this phone the minute I walked out of that store. I didn't drop the phone at all and I didn't do anything for it to be chipped like that so it either happened at the store or before it got there, but no one would listen to me. I did end up going and getting boost service. Now I just have to figure out what to do with my phone which sucks.

I walked inside looking for a new phone for my dad he had a very old phone Daily took very good care of me she was so helpful she took the time to transfer all of his contacts so we wouldn't have to and she explained to him how to work the phone as well . I actually ended up switching myself to boost because of all the great deals she was able to give me I'll be coming back here for sure
