Horrible customer service and tried to overcharge people during a pandemic !

Switched my service to boost and only got half the service.. they put a att sim card in my phone that dont work then told me its my fault when I called customer service overall they need more training or need to shut down.. I been dealing with this issue for over 2 weeks 10 trips back to the store.. about to go back ill... read full comment
