Google Maps directed me here to replace a cracked screen on an iphone. They told me they don't repair or service phones. I pointed out that the sign on the front door says they do. You can purchase phones here but for service, you'll have to go elsewhere.

Customer service is abysmal. Wouldn’t open the door for me because I had two dogs on a leash. Trying to confirm that I was enrolled in auto pay, but he wouldn’t even crack the door for me to ask. It was over 100 degrees outside, so I called on the phone. He wouldn’t talk to me because I had dogs with me. Thankfully there was a Cricket phone company next door, they answered my questions and now I’m ready to switch!! Thanks Boost “Karen”!!! You did me a service after all…..

THANK YOU! We all came in today it was 3 people plus 1 at home that got NEW PHONES! First off I won't do business with all locations of Boost because they aren't all the same. They might say Boost but they all do not hold the same standards of customer service. This location is the best location for new phones and customer service.

I stopped by for help with my upgraded phone. The person at the counter was super nice and knowledgeable. He went through a lot of trouble to get me set up. Now I am good. I appreciate him!

I spent roughly two and a half hours at the Boost location on Wayside trying to get cell phone service. I've been with Boost for over 5 years the staff at Wayside couldn't/wouldn't figure out the problem. I went to the location at 2445 Fulton and Mav figured it in fifteen minutes. I highly recommend the Fulton location for intelligent service and concern for customers. Mav was absolutely positive and knowledgeable. The Way side location needs an overhaul. I'm going to Fulton from now on!

Smells like farts right when you walk in the building. They have phones but the smell was so over powering I couldn't shop. This location is near the train line and McDonald's on Fulton.
