At the first time I visited the store, it was all right. The second time I went back after dealing with them for a while this is my second of dealing with him in a couple of years but the second time I went back to the store I bought a phone with Cos. I'd lost mine when I went back to return the phone cause it's a policy you can return it within 10 days if you don't like it or for what other reason well. I found my other phone and wanted to return the other phone back. Not the manager but the guy who was running the store he would not would not what to ever allow me to return and get the cash for my phone. I'm still dealing with it policy is you have 10 days to return that phone I paid a $140 cash. It was silly he said the box that I got it in. It wasn't totally clean. You know it has. I spelled the look Coffee on it. He was just using all kinds of excuses and wouldn't even allow me to talk. Up to the general manager to go to the store, so good luck with a Hey, pray for me, everything works out. I'm sure the manager's a really nice person. I just don't know why he won't allow me to speak with them anyway. Good luck
