All I see about Boost Mobile Services is they are bad really bad especially towards the veterans they're supposed to have a program that gives veterans and other people in need free phone service they don't tell you that that free phone service jumps around from store to store and then cancel at any time you know so don't go with those go somewhere else and be happy

No one ever answers the phone. And yesterday I took my gf to pay her phone bill and the lady never paid her bill. Now she's without a working phone and got jipped.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a pre-paid internet that did not work at all and tried to have it returned 3 days later. The manager Sam was arrogant and sarcastic, refused a refund. I contacted his district manager, Raul Martinez, he BLOCKED my number to avoid a refund for something I paid for and did not get any service from. Whatever you do, never ever give Boost your business. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and consumer reporters to expose Boost. They are also deleting their bad reviews on Google! They have deleted mine twice to avoid this.
