These people are totally stoned. I had to give them my phone number at least 20 times. And don't buy the insurance for the phone, it's a rip off. They will rob you!!

They didn't tell us we needed to be with them for 12 months in order to unlock our iPhone 6s+. Even though it is fully paid for. Bait & Switch.

If I could give this store a no star I would let start of by saying they try and force u to get/buy a phone and if you don't they lock your account so you won't port over,my phone wasn't working that well as it would because my screen cracked so I went in to see if there would be anything they could do to get my service working good come to find out they sent a pin request to my phone and changed the pin and reported my phone lost or stolen so I wouldn't use it so I could buy them a phone thankfully after 3 hours of trying they were able to help me this store is a bad store it represents boost so bad. Switch to Metro by T-Mobile they tried for those 3 hours with me to port over and get my line unsuspended.
