I went in yesterday to switch from MetroPCS to boost because they were offering free iPhones and that really drew me. So I went into the store and the young lady told me that it would be 190 almost $200 for the complete switch of 2 lines from Metro to boost with the iPhones because of taxes on the phones, well I said what about the other free phone she said no there's no taxes on those it'll be 150 I said its kind of tight on money right now so I'll go with the Android free phones with no taxes. So later on I go to another boost that's closer by my house and I add a third line and they told me that there should have been no taxes on any free phones they're all the same that basically what this young lady did was to rob me of iPhones..... I'm very very shocked at this kind of love your service and things that these people allowed to go on....

Cristal P. was amazing. As soon as I walked through the door it was all smiles. I couldn’t afford the maximum of what was required to reactive my phone due to some financial issues and she actually helped me out a whole lot regarding that situation. Go visit her!
