The variety for women was very minimal, kind of disappointing. We also asked a worker if we would get the box for the boots we were going to buy and when we did buy the boots they told us they didn’t have the box and they gave us a box for a completely different pair of boots which was just odd

I wish I could say my experience was different but unfortunately my fiance and I were shopping and the workers were just constantly following us around. We felt uncomfortable to say the least. Being approached multiple times with out reasoning is poor customer service and I would not recommend shopping here at all.

This location is amazing and has a great variety however I cannot give it 5 stars because the AC wasn’t working. I asked one of the staff and they informed me the AC had stopped working since Hurricane Beryl. It’s summer, it’s was 83 degrees inside and it was already past 6pm. We spent over $600 on merchandise and had to do it in the heat. I can’t imagine how the staff must feel. It’s sad to see how Bootbarn doesn’t take care of their employees and customers.
