I purchased a hat online for my wife with in store pick up. We arrived 40 minutes before close. The hat we purchased ended up not fitting correctly so Emily assisted us in finding the perfect one. She was very helpful and informative. Walked us through sizing, coordinating and how to take care of it.
We were there until close (if not a little past) we never felt rushed by Emily, her customer service was on point. She even showed my wife some belts to help her build an outfit once we said we were shopping for our friend’s wedding.

I needed boots for a wedding I'm attending in a few weeks, and I had been looking for the perfect pair for the dress and jacket I am wearing to it. I had been to another western store, and I didn't find what I was looking for, so I came here and found a pair I really liked and the best part is they were cheaper than I thought they were going to be 👏

If you're after great customer service, this is the store for you!I don't usually write reviews but these guys deserve a great one. I came in on May 9th to purchase a pair of boots and hat on a quiet weds afternoon. I'm from out of town and didn't know a whole lot about boots and western hats and the staff here were so kind and helpful from the moment I stepped into the store. The lady that was working this afternoon was really lovely and taught me a lot about the different types of boots and how to care for them.They were very knowledgeable, easy going, and I was always being checked on when I was trying on their immense inventory! This is a huge store so there's lots on offer.Thanks to David who walked me through all of the different types of western hats and taught me so much about them! He was extremely knowledgeable, and even helped me pick the perfect starter Western hat that I'm extremely happy about. He also stayed with me for what felt like ages while I was trying to decide between two very similar hats! You're a gem David. Thank you!!Thanks to all of their team. I would 100% return to this store!! This is what customer service should be like. Awesome store and staff.

Went to get my husbands hat cleaned and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by associate named Cori. He is a very great asset to your company. He went above and beyond. Great service will definitely be back.

Monica was wonderful! She greeted me at the door and helped me get what I was looking for without hesitation. This was especially wonderful after the type of assistance I had at Cavenders across the highway. I have signed up to be a rewards member. Monica was amazing.

The place is nice the Variety of clothes boots is great , but service is a bit off the workers weren’t very helpful . They looked at me weird for asking about sizes , I am not a cowboy nor plan on being one but my wife loves their boots and could not find ones she was looking for that were her size .. I think better service would make this a better experience..

Very nice location, but didn't have what I wanted. That's subjective, of course, so definitely take a look since your tastes may differ! They certainly had a wide range of items and the store is huge with ample free parking.It's my understanding that this chain of stores is owned by a California family, so if you're looking for true Texas boots and accessories, this may not be the place for you. But then again it might be!
