Came here in the wee hours of the morning to refill the rental car. I was too lazy and it was too cold to google another gas station nearby. This gas station was only $2.94 which was only about 5 cents more than other gas stations we had driven by on our trip. The pumps are pretty nasty looking and the trash cans are tied down? have string around them so that was strange but it was easy to get the rental car filled and get down the road to drop it off. The parking lot was roped off in places and where it was roped off was full of cars but there was no one there (one other car getting gas) probably not important just odd. I wouldn't come here again unless I am lazy or forget to get gas elsewhere but it was convienent being on airport property and so close to the rental car return. I didn't go inside or interact with anyone else (due to freezing and wee hours of the morning).

I picked up a rental car when a thunderstorm engulfed me. I saw the KCI Car Care Center through the torrential rain as I was leaving the airport. My co-worker was texting to find out if I landed safely, so before I got out the car to get a cup of coffee at KCI's, I returned her text and answered some emails too. I don't remember how long I was sitting in the rental car, but a woman knocked on the window and said, " you can't stay here, you have to go to the cell lot, especially if you are an Uber driver." I told her I was going to come in for coffee and I was returning a text to my co-worker. She didn't seen interested in my response, probably because she had already made an assumption without asking why I was sitting in the car. I found her rude and off-putting. I promptly left, but found a Starbuck's in my hotel nearby. Thanks to her rude behavior, I found better coffee...

The gas pumps will continue to charge you even when the pump has stopped. I filled up my car and when the pump stopped I looked at the display and it was still counting as if gas was still coming out slowly. I recorded a video and attempted to let the employees know. The lady I spoke with, just printed out a receipt and said there is nothing she could do. She mentioned since she did not see it, there isn't much she could do. I have a 10 second video showing the problem that I offered to show, and also even offered to walk back out to the pump to demonstrate. Long story short, I was just given the store card on the counter and said call later when a manager is here. Having to pay for gas that you are not getting doesn't sound right.

This happened to be my last stop before I returned my rental car, and I had to gas up beforehand. I always opt out of paying for gas through the rental car companies because it's a waste of money, so I have to fill up every time before I return the car. I had forgotten to fill up the car before I got really close to the airport, but luckily this gas station is conveniently located near where each car rental company's drop-off is. The gas was priced at $2.26/gallon, which although a few cents more than what you could find elsewhere, the convenience more than made up for it. Also, it's a great place to get a last minute snack before your plane ride.

I had a flat tire and the mechanic placed a plug in 20 min, filled it and all for $20. He was very friendly and had me on my way in a much better mood than when I came in.
