Wonderful! Expedient and listened to what we needed for insurance instead of what works for everyone else. We spent months getting quotes and talking to agents to find a health insurance plan for our small business and still could not find coverage we needed for price we could justify. Manuel listened to what we were looking for and focused his efforts on health plans that fit our needs, not try to fit us to the plans. He answered questions big and small, took time to look at scenarios we proposed, just all around customer care. It took just a few weeks to hone in on a plan, tweak it to fit us, get the documents submitted and our plan approved and ready for use! We are so relieved!

Literally the worst agency in the world. We got a 35%+ increase in a policy and they didn't even have the decency to come sit down with us and explain options. Not to mention that policy started over 10 weeks ago and we are still trying to figure out what is happening. Lack of transparency and accountability for any delays and mistakes. We have sick employees who don't have access to healthcare because these guys didn't send the information to the insurance company. Go with literally anyone else.

Free meals makes great PR they need to provide loyal customer service. They are not for the customer the homeowner or business owner they are 100% for their own interest and will do anything to mislead the customer they don't have a claim to file or to try to get a local adjuster to reject the claim. I had to find this out by accident I would never recommend them. Keep shopping. They kept telling me they couldn't find a better policy but that was a complete lie and I was told damage to my home wasn't covered but it should have been covered. I don't know what is wrong there but if you care about customer service and someone looking out for you this is NOT the company for you.
