I shipped 1 box on December 6th, 2024, with my family's Christmas gifts, and I'm still waiting for delivery day. There is no telephone to call. There is no one to help you. It looks like a pirate company.
After trying to find a number to call, I was able to write to a chat where they informed me on Saturday the 28th that I have to pay an additional $72 if I want my family to receive it. Tried to pay with my credit card they asked for another $5. please DO NOT USE IT. Very irresponsible company. They are just looking for your money, and then you just get extra charges. Today is December 30. 24 days later, I left the box in one of their offices, still waiting for my family to get my Christmas gift.

BoxExpress has been a company I have trusted for many years… My last shipment to Colombia consisted of 4 boxes that included a cell phone and an Apple computer. Unfortunately, both items arrived broken, and BoxExpress only offers endless excuses to avoid their responsibility. I have been trying to resolve this with them for months, and now they are telling me that I was the one who sent the damaged items... This is a huge disappointment. Also, I paid for insurance that they say only covers if the shipment is lost. I am deeply disappointed in BoxExpress and the way they respond to customers who have supported them for so long. I hope people don't take what I'm about to say for something.
In this company I always sent my boxes to Colombia but I began to notice that they always called to say that customs was holding the boxes and that a readjustment was due, the readjustment was more expensive than what I sent
I didn't send anything again due to that factor.
But recently I had to send a phone number and what happened again was readjustment, the truth is that it is a business that has them separately.
The truth is that I see it that way and I clarify that the attention of the person who is in the office is excellent but one cannot allow that to continue happening.
I see why they removed the Westheimer license.

THEY HAVE THE STORY THAT THE DIAN TAKES THINGS AWAY AND YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE SO THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY RELEASE HER. IN MY CASE I PAID $500,000 PESOS IN COLOMBIA. REPORT THEM PLEASE!!

I will no longer send for that company. I sent a box, paid 340 dollars and they took things from me with so much effort so that others can take the little that one makes. And the box reached halfway to the waist.

Margarita is really nice but her company does not pay for stolen items. Ten items were stolen. I purchased the insurance for $150. When I made the claim, I showed receipts and pictures and they recognized 20% of the value. Horrible, horrible place if they can’t provide the service they charge you for. I had used their services for two years with amazing service until that last time. Run away!!! Take your risks. Nice people though.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We are here on Saturday April 29th and they are closed at 4:30…. Online states they close at 5pm. There were 4 people outside wondering why they were closed early!

I didn't know this service existed! About a month ago I found them, and had the experience of sending a package to my nephew in Colombia. Not only was the cost absolutely amazing ($130 vs $600-700 at another carrier), but it also included tariffs and customs clearance. The package was delivered intact to my nephew in about two weeks. But furthermore, I made a mistake on the address, and he still got it! So, of course, today they were my chosen carrier for another package! This is a great service to many countries in Latin America! Update Feb2023: my package today measured 21"×4"×9" and weighed 2.27 kg, and it only cost $17.25 to send. What's best, have not had one issue ever with their delivering as promised. They are definitely the best, highly recommend!

This thing that calls itself a company should be reported, it is a total theft, after the box was said to be in Bogota they called me because I had to pay 75 dollars more for a box that didn't even weigh 6 kilos, apart from that, everything was stolen from me and arrived mixed up, never They solved nothing and by the way the person who attends makes you wait while she is gossiping on the phone, don't trust these people, bad service, bad everything
