Ive always had good experiences at box lunch and I usually love the stuff and staff there. Something about today's interaction made me uncomfortable. I felt like I was being watched half the time, this has never happened before mind you. Ive spent lots of money at box lunch and never had more odd staff. One girl was walking around and staring at me from a distance. Another girl when I was talking to her clearly didnt seem intrigued or interested in anything I had to say. She made it very obvious she didnt care. There was one guy. He was a sweetheart. So full of energy and actually took the time to show me stuff I like. The girl who checked me out was sweet as well but it seemed she was scared to engage in conversation like her boss was going to get on her or something. I get it was the end of the day for them but half of staffs attitudes were terrible. I wont be visiting this location unless I have to. I used to love the previous staff. They always made everyone feel welcomed.

I had a wonderful experience here!!! The staff here is so incredibly kind and helpful (extra shout out to Raven for his exceptional management skills). It’s my favorite Box Lunch in all of Texas to shop at!!!

The employees are super nice and attentive. Karen helped me and my friend and did a great job of telling us all of the current sales! Can’t wait to visit the store again! Karen made the experience much more fun and interesting. Really brought the store to life.

A great shop if you are looking to find movie themed merchandise. They have some really cool items here. Prices are on the steep side, but to be expected considering the type of merchandise they sell. The employees were very friendly and helpful which was very nice!Next time you are at the Mall give this place a look it is well worth it..
