Kind, efficient, and very educational. Really appreciated how they helped us take care of our guinea pigs the day of our visit and beyond.

Its a nice little veterinary clinic. The staff is very friendly and care for people's pet. The doctor was very informative about my bunny's well being and gave me details about her neutering. Very bunny friendly

I have been taking my dog here for months to get his monthly allergy medicine and they all LOVE animals here. You know when your own pet is excited to see them too!

I've brought my green cheek conure twice - first for a checkup and another for diagnosing a skin infection. Dr. White is well-experienced, down to earth, and pragmatic. He still genuinely cares for animals and knows how to handle them safely. The front desk staff also clearly care about animals too. He's typically booked for 1-2 weeks, and it was probably some luck too, but when I explained my conures symptoms and concerns, they knew we'd need a check-in ASAP and were able to squeeze me in the next day. They're also affordably priced (at least in my experience for a checkup and oral/skin medications) and will suggest treatment options with pricing in mind.

I came in for a sick Guinea pig of mine, Dr. white and vet tech Jade were wonderful. Only problem is, Kate, the front desk receptionist is so rude. Called multiple times to discuss a private matter with the vet tech as I was advised to do, and Kate refused to let me speak with anyone other than her. Kate lied numerous times claiming that she was having someone else call me, and then lied about leaving me a voicemail which she NEVER did. She was so unprofessional and upset me to the point that I will never come to this establishment ever again. She laughed as I explained that my other Guinea pig had passed from a past visit. I was explaining that I was told something by the vet tech, to which she responded by laughing and accusing me of lying. So unprofessional and rude, it’s a shame that she is the reason for me never wanting to come back to see Dr. White. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. White takes good care of our bunnies and takes the time to explain treatment options. It is such a relief to be able to take our pets in for necessary care and not feel gouged when we go to pay.

The person at the front desk that attendended me via phone is badly educated. They hung up rapidly and didn't give me time to explain why I was cancelling my appointment.

Wonderful experience and I'm so glad I found this vet! I have been a bunny owner for 6 years now and my bunny needs regular teeth trims every few months. Dr.White and the vet techs are amazing and treated my bunny with great care. Other vets were wayy over charging me and always made me feel like it was my fault that my bunny's teeth were over growing, however Dr. White kindly reassured me that it's actually extremely common. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

At first, Dr. White seemed knowledgeable and I was excited to have a new (affordable) exotic vet. Then everything went downhill. I spent $500 on testing for my bearded dragon who wasn’t eating only to have him tell me he couldn’t find anything and wanted to do more testing. I took my beardie back to my old vet and they found it immediately. It was a lump inside of his mouth that Dr. White should have found with the initial physical, they should have never requested the hundreds of dollars in bloodwork and virus testing. After that I decided to give this vet one last try. I took my 6 year old leopard gecko for a physical and he said he wanted to get a fecal. He said there wasn’t enough matter inside her but he continues to shove a metal pole up her butt. She was terrified. He then found a lump in her stomach, we did X-rays and there was a mass, he didn’t know what it was so he wanted to give her oil in case it was impaction. He kept trying to force her to open her mouth and I kept telling him to stop that she was too stressed. He insisted that he knew what he was doing and she was fine. She totally shut down and I told him to stop immediately. I took the oil home and left. She died that night and I truly believe it had everything to do with how he mistreated her. I blame myself for not making him stop sooner but this should have never happened at a vet. Never will I recommend this place for reptiles or any other animal. My mistake cost me a lot of money and my sweet leopard gecko.

Have been going here for more than 4 years. Everyone is always very friendly and explain everything thoroughly. They take their time and if you have any questions after you leave, they are happy to answer you through the phone. I have been taking our potbelly pig since he was 2 months and he's almost five. We also take our Husky puppy. Their prices are reasonable as well.

I brought my male guinea pig, peanut, to check up. The doctor weighted him and checked his mouth to see if there are any teeth grows under the tone. The doctor said my guinea pig is very healthy so I scheduled a neutered surgery for him.I dropped my peanut off in the morning on Monday of the following week for the surgery. I waited to 4PM, the office NEVER called me so I had to call them to check on my peanut. The technician said my peanut was doing fine, surgery went well and recovering. I came to pick peanut up at 5.30PM and they said my peanut just suddenly collapsed and his heart stopped about 20 minutes ago. Why shouldnt have they called me when it happened?they LIED to me that my baby peanut was DOING FINE and RECOVERED. Anesthesia overdose must be the cause of his death.
