Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, including Maritza, Juan, Priscilla, Michele, Aide, and Juanita, who are known for their kindness, gift suggestions, and excellent gift wrapping. The pharmacy is praised for its fast, top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. It also functions as a post office, with staff like Juanita providing helpful, pleasant service. Many consider it the best pharmacy in town, offering a combination of quality products, personal service, and a nostalgic shopping experience that truly feels like going back in time.
Briargrove Pharmacy is my favorite boutique to shop for that special find. I even made a point to surprise the friendly staff on my world-wind visit to Houston in August 2025.
