My wife and I went shopping today at Brooks Brothers in the Galleria in Houston. We were assisted Annetta who assisted us in making five purchases. Her knowledge of the Brooks Brothers products was invaluable to us today and we really appreciated her professionalism & courtesy. Based upon our shopping experience today we can highly recommend Brooks Brothers in Houston, TX to our family and friends.

Fraudsters! I opened a credit card with them years ago. Closed the account and opened a new account without my knowledge or authorization. This impacted my average credit age and hence my credit score. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Went inside and was asked within a couple of minutes if I needed help. Very nice of them until they kept at it for the next 10-15 minutes by the same person. Total of maybe 3 to 4 times. I was browsing and informed them of such. Security was constantly around me. Overall, it was not a good experience. I like the clothing but will stick with online shopping.

Tyrone and the other staff were very helpful in getting sized so we could order some work shirts online. Tyrone gave us a tour of the store, the different styles that might work for us, and the really made our sizing very specific to us. We were much happier after leaving.

We came in search of tuxes for my son & Brooks Brothers had exactly what we needed & they were just thorough and so accurate as far as sizing so I know the fit is going to be amazing once the awesome tailor is complete. Highly recommend.

Ask for Ann! I stopped by for a return, and to get measured again, and she was the most helpful, and patient salesperson ever! She never stopped communicating with me, she went out of her way to made sure I had a positive experience! Will definitely be asking for her again jn the future.
