Brothers Produce is a wholesale business located within a larger market. Delivery drivers note the process is very easy and quick once the specific directions are followed correctly. There is a QR code on the door for a mandatory digital check-in form that must be completed before ringing the bell. Drivers are then assigned a door for unloading. It is crucial to have a lock or seal on the truck. The treatment is described as excellent and friendly. Some navigation advice is strongly emphasized: when about 15 minutes away, follow the phone GPS but do not drive through the nearby neighborhood as it is a dead end; instead, take the main road (90) all the way down and turn left. The market lot itself has craters and requires a $26 fee to enter, which is not the fault of Brothers Produce. Customer reviews of the online store are mixed. Positive aspects include efficient delivery, stackable cases from the original supplier, freshness, and good packing for retail-size items. Critical feedback mentions some online prices being higher than retail, inconsistencies between ordered and delivered specs (like apple count and size), a lack of case options for some items sold only by the pound, and manual packing that can seem inefficient for light items. The business has received praise for actually responding to reviews.
