Horrible customer service.. washer and dryers always out of order.. yu leave and your clothes are likely stolen … kiosk always glitchy and doesn’t accept prepaid cards so you have to let them charge your bank card. Incidents occurring depending on the time and day you go it’s a mess don’t waste your money here

The carts are broken ie, wheels, rack.
More carts are needed also.
People also hog the carts.
