Title: Extremely Disappointed with Budget Rental's Neglected VehicleRating: ★☆☆☆☆I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a vehicle from Budget Rental, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the car. It is quite disheartening to receive such a neglected vehicle, especially considering the reputation of this rental company. I encountered multiple issues that made my rental experience nothing short of a nightmare.The interior of the vehicle emitted a potent smell of smoke and urine that was impossible to ignore. The seats and carpet were heavily spotted and stained, indicating a complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards. It is utterly revolting to have to endure such an unpleasant odor and unsanitary conditions during my rental period.The exterior sliding door foot step was broken, which not only made it inconvenient to enter and exit the van but also caused a dangerous situation. In fact, my son slipped and fell while trying to get into the vehicle. This is a clear indication of the negligence on the part of Budget Rental in ensuring the safety of their customers.Another noticeable issue was the missing cup holder encasement on the second row seating. It may seem like a minor inconvenience, but when you're on a long trip and need a place to securely hold your beverage, it becomes a major inconvenience.Lastly, the interior panel covering closest to the door closure was literally falling from the ceiling. This not only added to the overall shabby appearance of the vehicle but also made me question the safety of driving it. It is concerning that Budget Rental would allow a vehicle with such obvious structural issues to be rented out.It is clear that they have failed to prioritize the maintenance and upkeep of their vehicles, which is absolutely inexcusable. I expected better from a well-known rental company, and I am deeply disappointed by the quality of service I received.

The owner/operator has no customer service skills, the $200 deposit they charge is outrageous and never mentioned when booking online (in my case thru #Costco). He will make any excuse to keep the deposit. Great gig, skimming off the top and ripping off customers. I'll be letting Costco know this time round.

Terrible Experience!!I made reservations for an economy car for a week. The total amount was deducted from my bank card. I took an Uber to this location for pickup. Once there an employee name "Eddie" assisted me. To begin with, he rudely asked for two forms of ID which i kindly provided. he preceded with a nasty tone informing me of a required credit check which i was totally unaware of. And when i question the reason, he responded in an extremely rude tone referring me to the website. Needless to say, he indicated that i did not pass the credit check which i didn't understand. When i ask "Eddie" to call customer services, he flat out refused, saying that i have to do it on my own time, Not on his. And when i asked him to cancel the reservation and credit my card back for the full amount, he said that there was nothing he could do. He went on to say that the refund wouldn't happen for several days and that there might be a $50 dollar cancellation fee. I called several times and when i finally got in touch with customer service i was told that it would take 3-4 business days before the refund. This was Friday and i needed a car for the weekend, but because my money was tied up for the next 3-4 days i couldn't go to a different car company.Due To Extremely Bad Customer Service & Policies...I Do Not Recommend This Rental Company!!

This Budget is the worst Budget I've ever been to in my life. I am an avid traveler and use Budget all the time in the United states. Mr. Eddie, the supposed owner and operator not only was rude and unprofessional but also demeaning and disgusting. All i wanted to do was pick up the reservation that i had online and he told me i wasn't allowed to drive any of his cars because of the way i looked and the drivers license didn't match my reservation. How can this be when you have to show your ID and credit card to them when you pick up the car? He literally just can't see. I understand people. But this was insane. I wish i could give a negative star because this isn't even a real budget rental, its one of those off brand rental places. Don't waste your time.

Budget doesn't tell you when you make a reservation on it's app that you must pay with a credit card at the time of pick-up or you must provide a 2nd form ID and pass a credit check. Had to cancel my reservation because upon showing up, I was unaware I needed to do all of the extra curricular. Then when I asked the representative where on the app do they tell you this information, he says "It's on there, you just have to look for it. You have to go through 4 or 5 steps, but it's on there. Trust me, before I worked here, I had to call to see where it was too." Isn't this piece of information important therefore it should be somewhere extremely visible on the reservation? No wonder why Enterprise gets all of the business, y'all are horrible. I do not recommend this car rental company whatsoever. Save your time and go to Enterprise.
