Wouldn’t recommend renting from this location, rent a car from IAH airport instead. I got a car which was scratched hit had a lot of damaged and the tires needed to be changed. I went to exchanged at the airport and they switched it to a new one with less miles and brand new tires.

Frank and Derek are great people. Friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. Always a breeze with getting a car at this location. I've probably gotten 20+ rentals from this location with zero issues. Thanks guys for being awesome! -Bergen.

This is one of the best rental car companies and locations I have ever used for the past 20 years of renting cars. Far Far better than enterprise. I wish I had used this location as my default rental company 20 years ago.They (Frank/Denise) are thorough, accurate friendly, professional but their biggest sale is they make you feel at home in the rental car process. I feel like they're people I already know. They give you the best deal they can with what they have. If I didn't have a car I'd go back weekly just to have the convenience of access to a new clean good running model car.

1 star is too much for this location. As the employee said to me, "go take your business somewhere else because I will not give you a car" yes, we will take our business somewhere else, and we did that day. Last Friday was my last time. The female employee doesn't have any idea what customer service is. We arrived 15 minutes later to our pick up time, and she simply had a bad attitude and a "I don't have a car for you" as an answer. When asked what the approximate time for our car to be ready was going to be at, she just responded with an "I don't know" and didn't care. And before anything, please don't make the excuse that I was rude because you know I wasn't. You have no idea how to speak to customers and simply put your frustration on us.

Great customer service just very slow. I was just a bistander, there with a friend but the lady was very helpful and friendly and funny. the process was just very very slow and time consuming. We were there about an hour and a half just to switch vehicles!

Frank has terrible customer service and seems so unhappy to be working if here at all.For a company to be ok with his type of work is sad. This is what we allow our woman and children to deal with from black men. He does not try to help or even give a helping hand with a smile. If he is busy on his phone, eating or doing nothing and you come in you better make sure you say something he wants to hear or he is going to tell you he doesn't want to service you, be rude and go back to eating.

This place needs to really put more emphasis and focus on their customer service. I'm sticking to Enterprise and National. Budget is hit or miss, and there's been too many misses. The quality of their vehicles and even their level of clean pales in comparison to other places. I will definitely never come back to this location, and I don't plan on using any Budgets again.

Received a very dirty car with a chipped windshield and 7/8th of a tank. Returned with 7/8th and still got charged with a fuel fee.

I was scheduled to pick up a car at 730am I arrived at the location at 8 o’clock my rental wasn’t ready until 845am 4 hours into my 14 hour drive the electrical power control goes out on the 2019 vehicle. I call the company and the representative was rude, and inconsiderate. I was on the phone with him for 40 minutes he told me the towing company would be there in 45 minutes. Well 45 minuets passed I had to call back jus to be told I had to wait 2 hours for a truck and the Uber would come 10 minuets before the towing company got there needless to say I had to pay 50$ for my own Uber to the nearest location that was 45 minuets back into the state I was leaving. Got to the airport and budget representatives hadn’t even called the airport nor set up my new reservation so that was another 45 minutes wait. The airport lady was sweet and considerate and APOLOGIZED for everything that happened. They claimed they would extend my reservation by a day and that didn’t happen I had to pay for an extra day out of pocket. My trip was delayed by almost 5 hours. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
