Showed up to pick up the rental to move some furniture. Employee handed me an inspection sheet and made me inspect the vehicle's exterior and interior. Filled up the vehicle to the fuel level I received it, lady at front says we did not fill it to the correct level. How are you going to tell me what's the correct fuel level when your exceptional workers did not even inspect a damn vehicle?

Very professional and wanted my business. I was able to get a rental with a debit card at the I-45 and Rankin Rd location. Of course it was a little more than the prepaid price but it was worth it! Will consider them again when needed.

Service has always been friendly, but often slow, considering it's a small usually only 2-person location. They often seem to be short on cars or waiting for them to come in and then quickly cleaning them out for a fast turnaround. Most cars I've gotten have been decent, but not always perfectly clean. Considering the size of the location and the staff, I guess you can't expect too much. The lobby is small with a few chairs on each side, but even the chairs and floors, the day I went, could use some cleaning. Just don't be in a hurry when visiting this location.

alfreida porter is the worst employee ever she lied initially saying my license wasnt valid when it clearly was and after told me that my debit card credit score isn't good enough ! This is absurd and deserve better customer service

Reserved a vehicle in advance. When I showed up at the time I was sent to pick up the car they didn’t even have me on the calendar. They handed me a key and pointed for me to go walk a White Escape. Performed my walk tried to get into the car and the key didn’t work. Found out it went to the Red Escape. Performed the walk and turned in all the scratches and dings. Drove the car home then to a store. When I went to leave the store all these seatbelt and airbag warnings came on telling me they were not working. The car didn’t even recognize me sitting in the driver seat. By this time the office was closed so I went home and waited til morning. I had the car less then 17 hours and drive it a total of 21 miles and since I prepaid for this service they told me they couldn’t refund me a dime. After an hour on the phone with their Tulsa customer service I received a partial refund which wouldn’t hit my account for 7 more business days. I would not recommend this location or any budget rental for that matter. They rented me an unsafe car and clearly didn’t care.

If I could give a zero I would. We reserved a vehicle weeks before our trip. When our plane landed, we went to the counter. We checked in by app prior to landing. The confirmation page clearly indicated we were going to be able to just pick up keys and move on, what they said would make picking up our keys a quick process. When we got to the Budget desk at the airport, we had to stand in line to talk to an agent to get our key. This took an hour. The staff were pleasant but clearly overworked. We were given our receipt and told to go to their outside tent to pick up our vehicle. There was a large line and we waited another hour. When we made it to the desk, staff were frazzled, running around confused because they had no cars to put people in. We got a vehicle after another 20 minutes. The vehicle had not been cleaned at all. This is clear mis-management. I was appalled. I've never had such chaos getting a car.

One of the worst Budgets I've been to, was told they were going to go fill the car up with gas, and he would be back in 10 minutes, 30 minutes went by and came and he still isn't back from filling the car up. I hope he's having one of those Ferris Buller scenes where he takes the car joy riding on my dime. Hopefully he's doing some sick a** tails spins as I wait. Going on 40min now.

I absolutely love this location. Alfredia Porter and Mrs. Dee are the best.. They go above and beyond to make sure you are receiving the best deals and the cleanest cars that they have to offer. A your needs are just a phone call away. You can always count on Alfredia to help in every way she can.. Hands down the best budget location in the Houston area!!!!!

I called two times before I got up here to pick up my car to ask if I could use my debit card both said yes just bring it and my Id I got there and the lady told me that she could not use my debit card and told me I can to cancel and I end up losing 119 dollars because I couldn’t get a refund.

Alfredia Porter.... I cannot wait for corporate to open Tuesday.....She said she is the manager at the location and doing dirty stuff like this.... 15135 North Fwy - Ste 200, (I-45 & Richey Rd). I rented a vehicle for 2 days and she allowed the driver that was added to keep this vehicle with out my authorization and run up $3100 in rental car fees... I did not get a phone call, email, letter, nothing from this lady when this car was not returned.... O but my male friend & her knew each other reminiscing about the neighborhood and all so that is how he was able to literally call her & make a deal on keeping this vehicle.... I am pressing charges against you and him for fraudulent activity on my bank acct so be ready.....The FTC does not resolve individual reports, but this was reported and entered in the FTC's Consumer Sentinel database and will be available to federal, state, and local law enforcement across the country....
