Made reservation online. Was supposed to pick up truck at 8:30 AM but received a call at 8:15 AM telling me they didn't have a truck and wouldn't have one all weekend. They had one available a week later, but not the size I reserved, so they hooked me up with a larger truck for same rate. Still, consistency may be an issue.
