When we arrived, the assistant manager, Ms. Melissa, took the time to understand what we were moving and made sure that we had everything INCLUDING the appliance dolly that we absolutely needed.The whole transaction was smooth and everyone at the store was very considerate. “Such a brilliant start and end to the holiday. Owner has so much time to show you around the RV, he will run through everything and twice if you are unsure. Shows you all you need to know and is super thorough. Gives you tips on fueling etc also tips on how to return the vehicle. On return he could have not have been better also, not over fussy, very friendly, realistic about usage of equipment etc. Had a couple of little issues with the vehicle equipment and sorted everything out with ease. The sorted us details of a cab to the airport. Big thanks to Randy and his team, dedication above and beyond in our eyes.”
