Try to price my Manolo Blahnik heals that wears only once at $25, (meaning I got $5 for the pair of shoes). When refused, throw my rest already accepted stuff back at me and say they just won’t take anything today. Very interesting buyside strategy, won’t be entertaining this store again.

I would never go back! I only went to them to sell my items because they give "Charity to help animals" I had over 10 bags of clothes & etc. That girl had picked out 2 items. Her fake it til you make it out on smile was the worst I ever seen.. Everything I had was vintage or brand new with tags. And the jewelry too brand smacking new. Then tells me you get $6 for cash or $12 in-store credit. So I picked something the only thing I could get was sunglasses ? ?! If they do charity for animals what was so hard to take brand new items? This place is the worst employees sucks but one lady cos she's a lady she tall and pretty skinny very cute she was. Told her she would make in London she'll fit really well. Not joking on serious note. She was the only one that was nice & brilliant. She made sure that I was doing well. Checking every so often. Any ways that place never again. Overly over priced!!! And they don't want to take new items to make sure you don't get paid. I would if they even donate to the animals?!

I’ve never been here for less than an hour when trying to sell. I understand that people have a lot of items but there were several staff members standing around chatting with each other instead of helping move the sell line along. Not only that but the prices are insane and they barely taking any clothing unless it matches a very very specific aesthetic.

The young man at the fitting rooms this afternoon was very sweet and welcoming. That being said, I felt like I was being followed around the store by the young lady with short black hair. In a 20 minute period, she approached me three times, the third time asking if I wanted her to hold anything for me while I shopped. I only had two items. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable enough to put the clothes back and leave. Made me feel like I was trying to shoplift. Clothes are okay. The pricing has gotten out of hand and I stopped trying to sell here after they kept denying everything. This place has been on a downward trend for a while.

Some of the employees were nice when handling the clothes we brought to sell but others were rude and also straight up didn’t even look at some clothes that we brought. Also threw our clothes on the ground afterwards pretty annoying honestly.

I was there today to sell some of my clothes. I explained to one of the managers that was looking at my stuff that one item was a wrap dress, she replied rudely at me that she knew and that she had seen those before.I don't know why she had an attitude when answering back. I didn't have any ill intent whenever I told her about my dress.Being rude and giving an attitude to customers is the last thing this place needs.

It is an easy spot to go ahead and sell clothes, too. Parking kind of booty cheeks only because they are in a popular location, so you might have to park on the street or behind the building. The wait time wasn't too long. Overall, the process of selling items took about 25 minutes.

I wanted to look around the store while they sorted through my buy. Perhaps make a trade or even buy something without a trade. The guy made us all selling sit down in chairs one by one and even had us get up from our seats and told us to sit in a different area while he moved us around. It was also inconsistent because then he didn't make newer people do that. I felt like I wasted my time and didn't have efficiency at all- I doubled my time instead of shopping while selling. There's been no other resale shop I've been to that makes a person stand right in front of their noses instead of dropping a bag down so people can shop.

Very bad experience! I went in to sell some clothes of mine and was totally discriminated against. 1st of all I was the only black man in the sell line. When it was my turn to go up the Caucasian female walked off. When I finally was able to get to the sell counter I was helped by a Caucasian male. He didn't even try to look at my things he just said I'm not going to take any of it. He then walked completely off and said he's not going to stand and listen to anything I had to say. Then the African American manager so it won't seem as if he was wrong decided to stand by his racist actions also. This store is full of hate and racism and needs to be closed down immediately.

This shop as an insane rule . You get only 25% of the price if you want to be paid in cash. For example a NWT luxury bag "$157" they offered me less than 17$ . It's a real steal. You can't make money in this shop because they push you to trade to get 65% better price but the purpose to sale at the shop is to make some cash. Absolutely don't recommend this shop at all for selling but if you want to buy maybe it's another story. After 4 bags they of course didn't get the 3 items that they picked because their offer was insane

Well I went into this place to sell my expensive clothes and definitely got discriminated against. I was next up in the sell line to sell my clothes and the Caucasian woman after she finished the Caucasian guy decided she wanted to walk off and not help me at all. Mind you it was a long line and I was the only black person and black male still waiting. When they finally called me it was a Caucasian guy and he acted like he didn't want to help me neither. He kinda yawned, stalled a Lil bit and then said next person. 1st of all he was supposed to say next customer. I had $145 pair of akoo jeans a Stacy Adams top hat. I had two nice ball caps and a Jordan guy bag. He didn't even look at my stuff thoroughly and said I don't want any of it. Then he tried to say they had to much of what I had which was a cold-hearted lie. So they called the black manager which stood by the actions of her staff so she won't get in trouble. Then she told me there's no recording in the store which was another lie. I see a lot of complaints from black people concerning this store on shepherd in Houston Texas. This store needs to be shut down for good! Too much racism and lies.
