We had a leak behind the wall of our laundry room causing mold and it was very difficult to find, but they were diligent in finding it. They had to tear our entire laundry room apart and put it back together again. All of their employees were well mannered, polite, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Prompt, courteous and did a fabulous job diagnosing my small mold issue and they fixed two ceiling cracks, separating crown molding and numerous nail pops and did it the correct way, unlike my builder had attempted previously. When they were finished, everything looks great and not one speck of dust was left behind.

When my leaking dishwasher caused mold to grow under my cabinets and like a frog in a pot of water set to boil, I didn't even realize what was happening. I got walking pneumonia and after a couple of days of antibiotics, I smelled it. That is when I found Buffalo online.First, after scheduling my appointment, I had a question the agent couldn't answer. They called me back within an hour and gave me a most satisfactory answer.Willie D. and Jonathan G. communicated with me the entire time, even when they were slightly delayed. They were very respectful and helpful gentlemen. I am so grateful to them. The work Ivan and Nancy did was amazing in the cleanup.When the 3rd party contractor came to inspect and take specimens, he said that quarantine protocols are only required for areas >25 sq ft. The area of mold was significantly less and yet, Buffalo still went above and beyond. My sinuses had been dripping for a while. When the quarantine barrier went up, it slowed down. When they applied the chemical treatment to kill the mold, my sinuses cleared up immediately and my energy levels went up dramatically. I don't know how long this has been making me ill.I am ao grateful to Buffalo for the work they did. For how respectful, kind and professional they were with me. I highly recommend them. I will most likely use them for the remodel.
