It's sad that every time I come here ,there no one at the front counter.And also when I come here as a driver it's always a extremely long wait. The management seriously needs to get it together ,this is the only location that does this .

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our server Mia left for her break as we just ordered our starters and food. Our starters got to the table and so did our drinks, but our food never got to us. We waited more than an hour for a 12 boneless wing order. We left with an empty stomach. There is no organization with the employees and staff. Horrible service.

Just so u know they have Gnats everywhere and in case you like well done or extra crispy wings on Tuesday that’s not an option said the rude server.

The only day you can enjoy some rich wings after work and it's very late. We wait a long time for beers and don't say in waiting for food.Now I understand why there used to be a lot of consumers and now it's gone down.

Came in to place an order, no one came to the front waited 15 min and left. Only had one side of the restaurant open and 4 tables occupied

I visited this location twice this year. It had been a while since I had visited this location. Based on my experience from the first dinner, I did not want to go back to this location. However, pluckers had a long wait so I took a leap of faith and once again I was disappointed. The restaurant was dirty, the service was slow, the waiter got the order wrong. It was hard for me to comprehend why as the restaurant did not have many patrons present. From start to finish my experience was bad. I don't know what has happened to this store but it's not the same BWW I visited years ago. I hope management turns things around as this is a great location, more importantly , the closes BWW to me.

THIS PLACE IS TRASH! If I could give it negative stars I would.The customer service is non existent, and the workers are extremely lazy and rude. If you order take-out, expect at least an hour or more of wait time (no matter how busy they are) for cold hard wings and fries you could’ve gotten from the frozen section at the grocery store. The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever eaten at and a disgrace to wings everywhere

Why is this place empty during dinner rush hour? While pluckers up the street is packed? Several reasons. The tables are not clean. We can to switch because the table was sticky. Then the service is beyond slow. Why if it’s practically empty (10 total customers at 7:30PM), it’s take 19 mins for a beer when we are literally next to the bar? So the food is decent, but when you have horrible super slow service, people will think 2x. Houston has way to many options for wings including Pluckers, Brewings, Wingstop, etc. we ordered 20 wings, we got 15. Waiters are not into their jobs. But I’m surprised management hasn’t addressed the obvious issues. We won’t be returning to this location.

Went in at a non-busy time and there wasn't anyone directing us to sit, which is fine (there were enough spots!). We ordered online as it said on every table, where they will take your card at the get go. After waiting about 30 minutes with no server and no food, we finally tracked down one of the staff who then told us to place an order. I let them know that we had done this half an hour ago and she said that she is going to go and "cook it now". At this point, we tried tracking down another person, it wasn't working, so we ended up calling the location to cancel our order. When they picked up the call, they said they're gonna check with the manger and hung up. After 20 more minutes, and us asking any one who was staff, we finally got someone who came up to us and said they they have cancelled the order but we're disappointed because they had "just put it in". There were other tables that came before and after us who were being served and checked up on multiple times. Not sure if this was an off day, but wouldn't recommend unless you have at least an hour extra just to wait for food.
