GOT TO BE THE WORST BWW JOINT IN THE COUNTRY WONDER WHY THEY ARE NOT CLOSED UP YET . YOU CAN WALK IN SIT THERE FOR 10 MINS AND THE WAITERS ALL JUST KEEP PASSING BY , NO SERVICE !!!! THEY SERVE CHIKEN THATS RE-HEATED AND RE-FRIED TO HIDE THE CHIKEN FRESHNESS BUT DEFINATELY CHIKEN FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY, COOK DOSENT UNDERSTAND LIGHT SAUCE FROM JUST SMEAR AND SERVE, THEY DONT MIX IT WELL , FOOD COMES ALWAYS AFTER 2 BEERS 25 MINS , THERES SOMETHING WEIRD ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR BWW JOINT, BEST ADVICE GO TO OTHER BWW NOT THIS ONE!

Two weeks in a row, placed orders for pickup that weren’t ready 40 minutes after they were supposed to be ready, and staff ignore you when you ask for updates. And the orders still weren’t right. While they only had a few tables in the restaurant. Bad service kills restaurants. Hope they turn it around.

Long wait for online orders, apart from nobody in the front line o check in for those orders. And then to be told that they’re out of something delaying your order even more by the original cook time

It’s not a secret this location is understaffed , the tables have a QR code that help implement a much speedier way to order / pay - however despite the customer assisting / aiding to their convenience.. they still fail to even serve - greet - follow up to the tables need. Had lunch here and practically hunted down my waitress for everything and had my order come in between long waits - although ordering at once. I was told that it was a shift change / kitchen error … but regardless the error … I as a customer kept following up and never did the waitress take initiative to resolve the moment the food was delayed

I ordered something that gave 25 minutes prep time! I come on time to pick up my order in 25 minutes, and then they told me to wait a bit. 40 minutes later, my food still isn’t ready! If it takes you a whole hour to make a bit of food, you should hire more people because this ain’t it.

Came yesterday and the service sucked. I hadn’t done dine in at BWW in awhile so when we came in the sign said seat yourself, after finally finding a clean table we did and a server came and took our drink order but never told us that we couldn’t order in person (which is a bit weird but okay) so after a different server brought our drinks out the same server that took our drink order passes by 15 mins later and just says “you ordered online right?” Nonchalant and walks away. Once we placed our order online about 30 mins later we got our food which was good, no complains about the food. No one ever came to the table again and when my sister and fiancé both needed a refill, after about 10 mins of trying to ask someone my sister was able to ask the passing waitress since we couldn’t find our server but she rudely just looked back at her and didn’t say anything. She ended up bringing just ONE drink back in a to go cup instead of two drinks which is what my sister asked for…never again coming back. I knew service here was always iffy but yesterday was just something else. SMH.

I waited almost a hour for wings when a big family walked in they got there wings before me and came after me. I dont like how just because one black person comes in the waiters assume you wont tip anything and takes forever to get your order. Just order to go if your black or just not in a big group. They assume the worst. Never again.

We got there it says sit yourself we went looking for a table they all were dirty told us wait 5 min I’m like ok cool no problem get to our table it water on the seat I tell the busier she wipe it down and give me a napkin it might be still wet so I gotta dry it off? I guess they are orders on online now we spent15 min 20 min before they even told us so we did that we were having trouble with the card processing for some reason so I told one of the employees she stated “ohh ok I’m go get someone “ another 15 min go by nobody come I had to take it upon myself to go get someone food took over 45 min to come out not just that we literally received everything one by one every 20 25 min we ll get a someone order one day one we got there at 10:30 pm we didn’t receive our food till bout 12 the waiter was ok she was trying her best it was the others that lack on customer service

Came in and sat myself, like the big sign in the front says. As soon as i sat down a waitress greeted me but never asked if i needed anything or took my order. She kept passing by me constantly and even took two tables orders and never mine. A family a four came in way after me. They got their drinks and just got there food. Whole time my order was never taken, nor asked if i needed a drink. After waiting thirty min i called on the phone and stated ive been waiting 30 min inside and no one has came to attend me. He said that is not right and he will get someone over right away. Another thirty mins passed and no one has came. Finally another waitress (not the one who greeted me in the first place) came to ask me if the waitress has gotten to me. I stated she has not and she took my order for a beverage. She then said the waitress will be right over. I waited another ten mins and FINALLY a nice young waitress came and took my order. I explained to her how long I’ve been waiting (for an hour by this time) and she was shook and said no way. That she will talk to her manager about a complimentary appetizer or something. She took my order for a burger and mozzarella sticks. I said thats it and she repeated “thats it?” Like if thats all i was waiting on this whole time. She was super nice and i wasn’t going to tip bc of how long (an hr) ive been waiting. Never everrr again coming to this location. The BWW in north dakota is always so so so muchh better. Do better houston. Especially with customer service. This is so horrible.EDIT: the manager came to talk to me right before i left and he made sure he apologized and tried to make everything better. He gave me 2 coupons and i did get my appetizer for free. If it wasn’t for the nice young lady who attended me and brought to his attention my situation, this would’ve never happened. Thank you so much Sky for everything, and for being an amazing person and worker.

First, do not count cash drawers on the floor, there’s a manger office for a reason.It was evident the bartender on duty was inexperienced. He constantly had to look at a cheat sheet to make drinks, which slowed drink orders for tables down incredible. (Eventually a waitress had to jump behind the bar to make drink orders that were piling up.) All the while customers at the bar had to wait for service.We placed our order, which appeared our order was written down, however when it arrived only an item we ordered was delivered. We informed the staff our order was short, and waited about twenty minutes for the rest to arrive. When the rest of ordered arrived, it was wrong.There is a serious lack of management visibility on the floor, and it shows.This staff needs to take a ride down the road to the Tomball BBW and observe how a highly functioning BBW should operate. It's a different restaurant at the Tomball location. The managers there are on the floor taking orders, delivering orders, and busing tables.Don’t bother asking me to complete the survey. What I need you to do, is close this location and start over.
