This was the best experience I've ever received. The property manager Jenn Florence was very nice and understanding. She was very professional. If I ever need another storage facility. I would only come here. It's very clean and they think of everything you need. If I was you. This would be the place to rent a storage. Very pleased ?

We came in looking for a unit and jenn took care of all of our needs. She explained step by step on how everything functioned since it was our first time doing something like this. She was very sweet and and answered all of our questions. We feel super safe and happy on how everything happened. If you need any storage units definitely come to US storage center on the south loop freeway and ask for a jenn!!

If you are in the market for storage, I highly recommend this place! Jenn, the manager, is absolutely awesome to deal with! She's very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! The facility is very clean as well. Great deal and good bang for your buck!

The lady that served me was very helpful, very clear on everything she even came to help me with the lock situation, the only downside was there is no Ac and I was unaware of the insurance and had to purchase lock from the company

Jenn and Angela are both very helpful and attentive. They helped us out very quickly and were very informative in the unit we were getting. They also let us compare prices and gave us something that was within our price range. Its a place that I will recommend to my family and friends.
