They never open on time. I arrived today at 6:20 am and they have employees in the store however they’re closed. They might as well permanently close down.

Horrible serviceI went through drive through & was told to wait in the front for my order. 20 min pass by & nothing. Little to no cars in drive through same with the inside.Had to go inside to pick up/ mind u theres only 1 person in the waiting area & from what i can tell he had been told the same to pull around & wait. We were both there 20 min plus but he had def been waiting longer.On top of the wait you would think the food would be fresh. Nothing not even the fries. Went to fill my drink just about everything was out. Lemonade/ fruit punch was just syrup smhThis is the worst bk ive been to in htx

Idiot got order wrong, when I told them at the window...she just smirked and shut the window. Who do I report to? Drink was FLAT, the fish sandwich I got (of which I didn't order); wasn't even cooked all the way...fries were COLD. I TRASHED IT ALL. BURGER KING OWES ME MONEY. AVOID THIS LOCATION..

Ordered mustard on 3 burgers with no onions. All those burgers had mayo, ketchup and mustard and the onions. Ordered a double meat burger it came with raw bacon and mayo, ketchup and mustard and onions. I ordered a double meat with mustard no onions. The meat patties were sonewhat cold. Thats the 2nd time ive been there and the meat was cool. I dont plan on going to that Burger King ever again.

This places is TERRIBLE.Every single time I come to this place I have a bad experience.Tonight I went through the drive thru and there a sign that read.No fries ,no onions no tomatoes and no lettuce...?...I am so fed up with this place. Another time I came there an employee was out side smoking refer. At the front door...Some one please do something about this problem.

Drive thru employee thought he was cute calling me a different name and mocking me until I pulled out of the lane. Already reported him and better believe I will be following up until something is done. Next time don’t be rude and read the mobile order name, if you can’t pronounce it read the order back to the customer. You dont have to call them a beast.

FIRST I WENT THUR DRIVE THUR AND STARTED TO PLACE MY ORDER ,THE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF THEN WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO PLACE MY ORDER , I WAS TELLING THE BURGER KIBG EMPLOYEE HOW I WANTED MY BURGER THEN HE RULEY CUT ME OFF AND TOLD ME TO JUST TELL HIM WHWT I WANT ON IT.... NOW I THOUGHT IF YOU WORK AT BURGER KING YOU SHOULD KNOW THE BURGERS AT LEAST AND WHAT COMES ON IT... WELL THEN I PULL OUT THE DRIVE THUR BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE THE RUDE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE... WELL THE EXPERIENCE FOT WORSEN WHEN I WENT IN. I ASKED THE QUESTION WHO IS TAKING ORDERS IN DRIVE AND ONE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE POINTS TO THE MAN AND THEN HE WALKS OVER TO THE CORNER AND I SAID YOU DONT KNOW WHAT COMES ON A BURGER AND HE SAYS IT WASN'T ME AND THEN HE POINTS TO THE BURGER KING COOK AND SAYS IN A RUDE TONE IT WAS HIM THANK YIU AND THEN WALKS OFF... I THEN SAY OK LOOK LET ME JUST PLACE MY ORDER , THE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE LOOKED AT ME AND IGNORED ME. BUT MUST SAY FLORENCE THE MANAGER CAME WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... BUT THE CREW NEED TO BE FIRED.. FROM THE NAPPY HEADED DRIVE THUR WORKER TO THE TALL SHORT HAIR COOK AND THE RED CHICK WITH TATATTOO'S ON HER" THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED BUT THEY HAVE NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
