The person is a thin man that they have in the area of the fitting rooms, I have heard him speak Spanish but according to him he does not speak and not a hello he responds to you he has a very bad attitude the truth is that I will not go anymore and I always go 3 times almost a week.

Unfair $15 Layaway Charge at Burlington (9751 South Post Oak, Houston)
I recently visited the Burlington store at 9751 South Post Oak in Houston and had a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. I initially considered setting up a layaway for my purchase but immediately changed my mind and opted for a full purchase instead. Despite not proceeding with the layaway, I was shocked to find a $15 layaway fee charged to my transaction.
This charge was never clearly explained to me at the time of purchase, and I believe it’s unacceptable to be charged for a service I didn’t use. The staff did not inform me that changing my mind would still result in a fee, which feels deceptive and unfair. I expect better transparency and customer service from Burlington.
I urge management to address this issue, refund the unwarranted $15 charge, and ensure clearer communication with customers in the future to prevent such situations. This experience has left me disappointed, and I hope the store takes steps to improve.
