If you are Hispanic don't go here...the security is racist. He kept following me trough the store thinking I would steal something. Did he follow the white old lady that was there in the store as well? No! Then when the detector beeped, did he check if the old white lady sealed something? No! Instead he helped her take her items to her car. The only reason I didn't put 1 star is because there was one employee who helped me and then even suggested other burlington stores in which I might find, what I couldn't find in this store. Anyways for the security was following me around, if you are going to "hide" at least do a better job...might as well been breathing down my neck w/ how badly he was hiding.

I hadn’t visited this location in a while and I was shocked at the experience. I went to the dressing room to try on clothes and there is only 2 dressing rooms available, so I had to wait a good 20 minutes to try on 1 pair of pants. When the dressing room was finally available, it had a very strong odor of urine. I was disgusted. The person that was in the dressing room prior told me to be careful because the floor was wet with urine.
I didn’t even step a foot in there. I went to the line to pay and waited about 15 minutes just to be told the registers were down. I definitely will nit be returning to this location.

Only 2 persons for checkout, 1 hour doing the line for pay. A lot of workers doing nothing inside the store instead help the cashiers

Customer service was trash! I called to see if they had a certain item, the young lady could have easily said let me grab someone to go look or said she was busy. She just flat out said no. I drove the 35 minutes anyway to check for myself since she was too lazy to do it. I found 4 of the items I was looking for and purchased all 4!! Not sure why the “manager” is the “manager” but I spoke to her and she barely cared. The lady at the register who rang me up (I believe her name was JoAnn) was super sweet and apologized for her coworkers. JoAnn may need to just go ahead and take that position… she has great customer service and seems to have most sense there.

Great Store to shop out has a wide selection of name brands and home goods. I purchased some Marvel Art, a very nice black Tommy Hilfiger jacket

I had not been here in some time, so we went yesterday. This place was very organized and not cluttered like numerous other Burlingtons we shop at. I asked an employee a few questions, to which she answered with a smile. I was very pleased that I asked for her name and come to find out she is also a supervisor 😀 Natacha was very helpful and welcoming.
