Employees are very friendly and working hard. The manager was a wonderful help during a return process, and another manager was great and helpful when a customer lost keys, writing down a name and number to find them in the restroom. There is good presence of employees and loss prevention. Staff like Kiera and Nathan are described as super friendly, helpful, and sweet. Customers love the great prices and will definitely return, making this their home store.

The staff there was very helpful. Kelly specifically helped checked me out and that was a smooth process. They have a nice selection of clothing and home goods.

Love this particular store on Jones Rd , managers have it so clean and organized , good presence of employees and loss prevention.. definitely will return making this my home store

Everyone that works here is very friendly. The manager was a wonderful help today during my return process. The store is very clean and has a great selection. This is by far the best Burlington location in Houston I've had the pleasure of shopping at.
