Monica and the rest of the team are definitely a staple of the community and make getting our medicines as easy as possible. Our entire family gets our medicines from BVM mainly because of Monica's great customer service and caring personality. Cynthia does a great job as well :)

This is the best pharmacy. I have gone to several big chains in the past, and none have had staff as personable as here. I also save alot of money here on my scripts and over the counter meds.

small pharmacy but they have everything you need and look for, very professional and good customer care I went to look for an item that I needed and they only had it in two packs so the lady said I can break a two pack and only sell you one if you want and then I said who is going to buy the other one? and she just replied I just want to help and that honestly touched my heart ❤ very honest and sweet I strongly recommend people to go here for their medicine needs.

This Pharmacy definitely deserves its high-rating: Every time I've had an Rx filled here, they have been most friendly, attentive, and prompt. They fill Rx faster than anywhere else I've ever been, and express gratitude for your business. In my opinion, they set the golden standard for pharmacies.

Refered here by Blalock Medical. Extremely fast service compared to Walmart or any other pharmacy the wait time is short. They have a good amount of chairs for you to sit in while you wait for the RX.

This is an excellent Pharamacy that puts the customer first. Best prices I have ever seen. They tailor everything to the customer. Thirty also have many natural products. My prescription was filled in less than 10 minutes. Love that they fill prescriptions right away that is an added plus. They also deliver.

I am completely satisfied with the customer service from the staff at BVM Pharmacy. Special shout out to Monica for always keeping a friendly demeanor when I call to ask questions, or ask for a refill on my prescription, when I go pick up my medicine she has it ready for me in seconds. I want to add that since I am pregnant and live about a little over 30 minutes away, she mentioned that BVM does deliver and that is a huge help for me since I cannot make that drive since I am really far along in my third trimester. I want to thank the staff for being so helpful and being part of making my pregnancy go so smoothly.

Let me begin by saying that I've been to 4 different pharmacies in the past, Walgreens, CVS, HEB and Walmart. And not one can compare to BVM Pharmacy! Monica and her staff never dissapoint! Every time I leave my kids doctors office i call to make sure they have received the prescription and as always their response is "we just received it and it will be ready in 5 min." 5 MIN!! when at other pharmacies I've had to wait over 3-4 hours to get my prescription, and have to wait in line for over 10 min just to get help. At BVM I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. Monica is really good at counseling on how to take your medicine and explaining what each one is for. I love BVM and I'm glad I found them! Would definetly recommend to anyone dealing with long waiting and rude service!
