A local family run business that we should be supporting as the service is excellent and the range of products and prices are just as good. I had two items delivered here and they contacted me as soon as they arrived. I also bought a nice quality holster while there. The staff are polite, helpful and very knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend.

I recently had a very unwelcoming and very un tasteful and uneventful visit and experience. There was a coworker who Is an upper middle-aged white woman Who I spoke to initially, I wanted to buy a vest for a movie role that I was shooting, and this was the closest one to the vest I wanted,I didn’t want to buy the vest with the plate or frame. I just wanted to buy the Carrier itself. she refused to sell me the vest without the plate That I wanted, but told me that I could buy the carrier by itself over the phone, which is understandable. I noticed another vest on the floor in the back of the store, The only tactical vest with no plate and asked if I could try it on and if they were selling it, I Also, did a price check on that specific vest and this item was no more than $85. I asked her for the price And she demanded $250 Well, also saying that this is the wrong store for me we’re not on the same path, etc., etc. to me this came off very disturbing considering this is where I’m spending my money so there was no sense of customer service or professionalism in customer support. I let her know that this was a purchase that I was having a hard time finding in the area and that I was still considering purchasing it and then she told me to take it off and leave I told her hey ma’am I really don’t wanna deal with any type of racism right now and she Scratched her face bawled her fist And rushed to the back of the store like she was going to grab A firearm or some weapon or something that could potentially hurt, Or severely injured me. I was able to leave the store before she came back thank God that the door was unlocked I was able to safely escape without any harm being done. As a former customer service representative working in customer service for over 10 years, I understand that as an employee Or Manager customer service and customer appreciation is essential to running A business Today I was treated very unfairly. I was criticized and also I believe treated with racism. I do not recommend the store or purchasing from the store as a customer, you want to feel like the item that you’re buying and the place that you’re buying it from is the best option for the money that you’ve worked hard for in this case, the woman that was working here was very unprofessional, rude and mean, considering that I’ve been searching for this item in the greater Houston area I’ve searched online and have done multiple price checks both her and the other Employee were very discouraging when it came to purchase this item making it seem like I do not have the funds to purchase. If not a case of racism, then definitely a case of classism And poor taste.
