I had an excellent experience working with Mike Martinez at Caliber Collision. From start to finish, his customer service was absolutely outstanding. He was very attentive, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood every step along the way. Mike truly goes above and beyond to make his customers feel taken care of, and it really shows in how much he values his work and the people he helps. Amazing customer service! From speaking to Abby (Front Desk) on the phone to meeting her in person. Miguel (Mike) was very helpful with explaining repairs and the process. I did however, have to call for updates, no one ever communicated. My car was ready faster than I expected! Once picking up my vehicle, I did find some minor imperfections in which were addressed and corrected immediately. The staff here really is awesome, I highly recommend!

I was so excited to get my car back after not having it for two weeks as soon as I could get it I did. They were very fast considering they had to wait for parts to come in. I didn’t notice at first but after a further inspection I noticed a few things out of place so I took it back and informed them of the discrepancies and they fixed them with no hesitation. Absolutely so polite and helpful.

Awesome experience for getting my vehicle repaired. Very quick turnaround and always kept me up to date with all updates throughout the repair process. Very satisfied with the customer service from this location. Eduardo the manager was very helpful throughout the entire repair process. He helped make things simple and worry free. I took my Honda Accord to this business in February for hail repair. The guy there told me that the part for my car was on back order until April. It's now May no one has contacted me about the part but they have been paid by the insurance company for the part and the labor. At this point, I'm reporting them to my insurance company for fraud since no one seems to know how to communicate with customers about repairs they have already been paid for. This business has unprofessional staff working for them.
