I stopped in because of an issue while returning to florida. I needed a Quick Look to see it the car would make it back. Let me tell you Richard was a ROCKSTAR. He came out and tightened me up for the rest of the 14 hour ride. What a good honest Gentelman. Thanks Richard bless you! Great shop recommend highly!

Caliber and katie did a great job on my truck. From initial drop to in progress work all the way thru. Happy to have my truck back and everyone has mentioned like the damafe was never there and it a job well done. Should I ever needs repairs again will definitely come back.

We’ve used them twice, because they’re the preferred provider for our insurance. Never again. Both times, they’ve had to send our vehicles to a facility an hour away. The first, they didn’t paint properly and I had what looked like rock chips all over my hood. Then I was argued with that it WAS rock chips and all told all vehicles hoods look like that. I was treated like an idiot but they eventually repainted the hood for me.
Most recently, our second vehicle was returned with a broken windshield wiper and some white material that looked like caulking splattered on it. My husband went to repair the windshield wiper and found that they put it in the completely wrong spot. Additionally, they had our vehicle for a month.
Next time, we’ll tell our insurance that we won’t be using Caliber.

Got my car repaired at the SW Freeway location following an accident under Progressive. Repair work is pretty much satisfactory but customer service and completion updates are totally unacceptable. Also, they replaced few original undamaged parts in the car.
Furthermore, the completion date informed was delayed with no update on when it will be ready. I was informed the day of pickup that vehicle is ready and needs to be picked up or else there will be charges on the rental. Had to cancel appointments to pickup vehicle and drop rental.
Price of repair and estimated repair time ended up
Same as i was told by dealership. Should had taken the car to dealership instead. Do not recommend this Caliber Collision center on SW Freeway or one on Hwy 6 / Rosharon.

They did an awesome job with my vehicle repair. Looks very professional and I’m very happy with the outcome. The paint matching and Fitment looks awesome. First time taking my car to a body shop and I don’t regret it. Julissa and staff were great people and I would continue business with them. My front bumper was already painted with a different shade of silver before the accident.
