Thanks much to Caliber Collision - I had a silly issue - my seat belt stuck in a passenger door, which I could not fix - and they quickly took care of me. I know it's not a collision thing, but they were nearby so I figured I'd ask - they were gracious, friendly, and helpful. Made my day. Thanks!! (and no charge!)

We had a collision with our car and had it towed to CALIBER Collision on Gemini. The ease of brining the car in, surprised me. After the car wasn’t ready until inspected Dan seamed repairable, I was called with a list of needed repairs. David, the Service Advisor kept us well informed of what was happening with our car. The finish date was extended twice, but I was glad that they fixed the issues rather than us having to return the vehicle. My many thanks and gratitude to Jenifer and David on their efficiency, kindness and care for myself and my car. Thank you so much and may God bless you both for your kindness!!❤️

Quite possibly the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. We had a car that was rear ended. We had to bring the car in several times. One of the times they didn't even bolt the frame to the car properly!! They then didn't fix the gas tank which they broke when repairing the vehicle. They claim complete ignorance of it. We wasted weeks with these guys. There is no way I would ever take another car there in a million years. Unfortunately litigation would cost me more than it would to just fix the car so we had to take the vehicle to a reputable place. Caliber loves to claim ignorance. It's almost as if their techs and service manager are completely brain dead over there. You would have to be to do what they did to us.

Wonderful experience. I had work done on my 2024 Honda Civic and they delivered, not only does it look like the day u bought it but they got it since, no delays, no problems and four days early. Caliber Collision WEBSTER, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!

Was promised my vehicle would be ready on a certain day. After several phone calls, I learned that hopefully it will be ready 4 days from now. Shop elsewhere if you can. They don’t seem to care about disrupting your life even more than what an accident does.

Kudos to Caliber Collision's employee, Gina Petrash she was very professional, helpful, courteous, informative, & understanding of my situation. She provided me with a through repair estimate & did not mind going back twice when she realized there were a few items she had forgotten to list. It was the most pleasant atmosphere, and every employee I encountered greeted me with a smile & good morning. I have never experienced such a lovely pleasant group of employees at any other collision or vehicle repair establishment before. It was like a fresh breath of air!
Thank you Gina Petrash for your positive attitude & for making my visit a good experience. Good customer service is difficult to find nowadays.
