Guy who runs this place is a scam artist. Lied to my mother in law about a huge discount program and only after 30 hours of time and $175 spent on the estimate tried to pretend a 25% discount used to entice the sale never existed. Run.

This was my first time coming to Calico and tried to bring them business by opening trade account. My customer was interested in blinds and wallpaper. After 1st quote. My customer wanted to get another quote for another brand. Nobody ever got back to me. I called in couple times to check to see what is happening with our quote. They told me they will pass my note to a sale representative that was working with me. Month later and no quote. ??♀️ My customer tired waiting and went to another source on her own. Not only they made me look bad they also made me lose my potential profit. I guess i will stick with people that i was working with. They not local but i get much faster turnaround from them than Calico. I give them zero stars for customer service. And i gave them two stars because this is a cute little place to bring your customers in. I just hope you get better service than i did.

My family has been buying fabric here for as long as I can remember. We have curtains, pillows, and throw blankets that are more than 20 years old made of the material we purchased at Calico. Their products just hold up SO much better than everywhere else. I do wish they hadn't gotten rid of the remnants section, but I am assuming they needed the space for other products. I love that you can order fabric samples for free to your home to compare and ensure that you're making the right choice. My mom and I stopped in to find new material to re-cover some window boxes and were helped greatly by the ladies working that day. Tony wasn't working that shift, but he has helped us many times in the past, so we adore him too! We are more than happy to continue providing business to this location.

I walked in and about four employees at the counter. One lady looked at me twice like I was an alien!! She proceeded to talk to the others about what they needed to do etc .. Not once did anyone ask me if I needed help!! I was the ONLY customer in the store!! I thought seriously your meeting can continue later customers do come first. At least one of the gals could of excused herself and asked if I needed help.. They were too involved listening to their manager or whatever she was.. I left and went elsewhere.. I guess I was suppose to ask for help .. I went to Interior Fabrics and they were so helpful and eager for my business ..

Disappointed in the quality and workmanship! Customer service is horrible! They seem to have no clue how to make a customer happy! Pricey for quality and service you receive! Window treatments for two bedrooms - quality was horrible! Will never consider them again!

I’ve never shopped fabrics before and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with some custom bedding! I visited calico, memorials location. The store was very easy to shop, as it’s all color coded. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I felt confident in placing my order, and will be recommending them to my friends.

Absolutely lovely staff, which raised this review by one star. The fabrics are gorgeous for the most part but very expensive; they're not for everyone, that's for sure. That said, the things on sale can be a good bargain.
