Brandon has been my trainer at Camp Gladiator since 2010! I never, ever stuck with a workout program, until I started camp gladiator with Brandon. He also helped me to get into the best shape of my life and that was after having two kids. He genuinely cares about every person he trains and wants them to reach the best version of themself. So grateful for CG and Brandon!

Trainer Brandon is a top of the heap fitness coach. The first classes are tough, but he motivates you and helps you achieve your goals, regardless of physical ability. It’s great to have a trainer and classmates to keep you accountable on your fitness journey!

If you are looking for a great workout that is fun....look no more! My husband and I LOVE CG! Brandon is amazing! He is an outstanding trainer...the best. If I could give Brandon and CG a 10 star review, I would. I highly recommend Brandon and CG!

I started out as being skeptical that this was right for me (as covid had really packed on the pounds) but our coach always gave me the extra attention I needed to feel that even though i could not do as many reps as everybody else , I can do as many as I need to do. when i miss a class he checks up on me and encourages me to be there the next day. I love the fact that everybody there are very warm and receptive and try to include me in the group. If you want a great coach who listen to what you need and want, look no further. Camp Gladiators with Coach B.B. is your new place to call your Fitness Home.

Best workout in town, best trainer in town. This group is truly for every age, and fitness level and It's been life changing for me. Even my 7 year old comes out and loves it. When your 7 year old wants to wake up at 4:45AM for a workout you know it's fun. Also at this location the trainer brews cold brew and hot coffee every morning. "the four seasons of outdoor parking lot workouts"

Brandon Brickley, our trainer at UMC Memorial drive always has a smile and encouragement ready to go. Our group includes true athletes, those that are trying to get in shape, and all ages. I look forward to seeing them all and how far we can push ourselves and encourage each other every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

I always like to change my workout as I can get a bit bored. However, no more boredom as every class is different with owner/trainer Brandon Brickley! One of my good friends started CG (Ft. Worth area) in 2020. Watching her transform mentally & physically I was curious on what she was doing. Over several weeks of grilling her I decided to be brave & signed up for a class that is offered by my house & I am hooked. I am so glad I started training with Brandon as I was getting worried about my bone strength & having these horrible visions of having impaired mobility as I get older. At the camp, you go at your own pace & it is really exciting when you see/feel the milestones & improvements in your journey. After 3 months I am stronger, more flexible, faster & mentally I feel so freakin' good. Brandon will give modifications per exercise & is very hands on as he walks around to correct your form or to give you a shout out. His enthusiasm for what he does shows, he is truly vested in your journey. Did I mention he is the best trainer I've had? Ever?As mentioned above, every "camp" is different. And as I have the best trainer at CG that loves to mix things up. Don't be surprised to see cornhole, a basketball hoop or huge jenga in the parking lot. Each class is well thought out & the hour goes by very quickly. You work the whole body (cardio & strength) including your mind as Brandon leads you through a routine that makes you THINK about what you are doing or how you are going to do it. Camp Gladiator is a four week outdoor group fitness program. The workouts cycle per week & builds on the previous week's training. I like that there is a different focus per week: Week 1 - Endurance - "Full body workouts that keep your heart rate at a steady pace"Week 2 - Strength & Agility - "Agile movements to work on coordination & muscular efficiency"Week 3 - Interval - "High intensity workouts with short rest periods in between"Week 4 - Peak - "Challenging workouts that push you to your highest exertion level"This location is in the West parking lot of the Memorial Drive United Methodist Church (MDUMC!). I love this location because, duh, Brandon, it is a safe location & the people. Community is a focal point with CG & being in a class with people of different ages & fitness levels is motivating & fun. CG offers members access to unlimited workouts whether you hit an outdoor class or a virtual workout (there are so many virtual classes to choose from across 7 states). So come out & join me one fine morning at Camp Gladiator - MDUMC. One class with Brandon & you will see why I am so enthusiastic about my fitness journey. AND Brandon offers coffee after camp. Get your sweat on, grab a cup of exceptional java, hang out with other campers & don't forget to say Hi to Finley, the cutest side-kick dog!See ya there!!!!!!!
