Nice vibe inside with good music at a good level. The owner of the salon is nice to work with. I got a mani/pedi and loved the results!! Very enjoyable experience.

Really wanted to try this place do to the great ratings and I don’t doubt that they do a great job based on the pictures. BUT I GOT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have never felt so bad after visiting a business, regret coming in. I came in and there was no one in the front. I waited a good 10 mins just standing there waiting for somebody to come out cause I heard noice in the back. I cough a couple times so they knew I was there. After 10 mins of waiting another lady with her dog came in. And ask me if there was anyone, I told her that I was waiting too for someone to come out. She walk to the back and started shouting for service. They worker finally came out and greeted the lady and told her if she was here for her appointment, apparently she already know who she was. The lady was nice enough to tell her that I was here first and that I have been waiting. The worker DIDNT EVEN. LOOKED AT ME AND SAID “I KNOW” I was so confused, even the lady was confused but the worker went ahead and sat her down to assist her. Without Acknowledging me , asking me what I needed , letting me know if maybe she was only taking appointments or if had someone else to take care of me.Really upset. She just let me there not letting me know if I had to wait for her , literally not wanting my business. I end up going to DERMA CARE & NAILS couple streets down Katy freeway ,such a huge difference their Customer service was A+ and got good care of me . I can now say I have felt discriminated for the first time , thanks to this place on Campbell :)

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Thuy - she is so kind and a nail perfectionist! I am so picky with nails and I leave Campbell nails happy every visit for over a year now, she never disappoints! I have referred numerous family & friends, and everyone loves their nails after. The place is always clean, peaceful, and she is always on time with my appointments. Call and make an appointment with Thuy, you won’t regret it!!!

Reading the reviews brought me to Campbell Nails but the owner is a true delight that has me wanting to return. Had one of the best spa pedicures of my life and a truly wonderful experience. This is the spa you imagine instead of what you typically find.
Almost always some part of a pedicure is unpleasant or down right painful, that never happened at Campbell Nails. It was nothing but relaxing and blissful my feet felt so much better and the leg massage was perfection. This is a diamond in a sea of mediocrity, hope you have a similar interlude of joy. These days a lot of people just seem to be grumpy or angry about something... Even trying to make an appointment at another nearby spa they were borderline rude. This is supposed to be a moment of personal pampering not a unpleasant chore.
It's hard to adequately describe the owners wonderful persona and upbeat attitude I left happy and looking forward to returning.

Just moved to Houston and picked this place based on google reviews and pedicure options. Ended up with a special herbal tea tree pedicure, eyebrow wax and massage. The pedicure was awesome - I routinely get pedicures done and I've never felt my legs or feet to be as soft as they were at this place. The mask put on my legs was so smooth and the hot stone massage was perfect. Eyebrow wax was painless and looked good. But the massage... omg. Best I've ever had to be honest. She somehow did a head to foot massage in an hour without it feeling like anything was rushed or missed and she really got into the muscles. Definitely found my go to.Services: Foot massages

I dont want to give 1 star but it is supposed to be open at 9am on Saturday (the Open sign is ON, the hours on the door says opens 9am Sat) but they they are closed:(

0 ZERO STARS!
I literally stood there and waited for someone to come to me . The whole time I said I would like just plain black nail polish and pedicure . He had to call a Woman to talk to me to understand me saying color black , and she just hanged up on me. After waiting for so long for the guy to find just black. He finally sits me down and puts my feet in the water and then a woman comes out from the back .and starts telling me about an appointment and I said I just walked in I just wanted the color black with a pedicure . She then tells me I have to leave bcs she has 2 appointments and they are @11am ( I came @10:40am) . Keep in mind my feet are drenched in water already and it was cold outside and I decided to wear sandals for this. My ride has left already and I had to wait. It says walk ins welcome but apparently not . I felt so embarrassed having to leave like that .
