The rooms are great. The kitchen is well laid out and the bed was nice. The entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky to find though. You have to navigate through some parking lots.

Horrible experience, place is surrounded by homeless people camping outside, the phone in our room did not work, the front desk was not at all helpful when we needed them. Why they operate like this is beyond me, I know good folks give this place a chance but I would warn them to find a better place.Nearby activities: Reliant Stadium is close by, as if that makes this place any better! Folks saty away from the place.

This has been the single worst IHG location i have stayed at. have a list of about a dozen things that didn't work, but at that point its not even worth mentioning. Even got hit with an extra cleaning fee? Like the carpets and shower walls were already stained...

BEWARE: Deceptive business practices, they will take your money, do not book here.I booked a refundable reservation with this hotel and canceled within the cancellation window -- the hotel still charged my credit card the full amount and has not yet issued a refund over a full month later. I called ]IHG customer and was told I would receive a response from the hotel within 48 hours. A week went by with no response, so I called again, and even customer service wasn't able to get an answer from the hotel.Protect your money and book elsewhere.

This hotel has the absolute worst service in the industry I’ve ever dealt with. We booked a room for the College Football Playoff and the day of our arrival, we received a call at 3:26pm telling us not to show up to the hotel because they were full and couldn’t give us our room.We then asked for her to check their sister properties anywhere remotely local and she then lied and said they are a solo operation. She wanted to get off the phone….at which point I asked her for her name and she repeated told me the wrong name and refused to give her last name. She wouldn’t transfer us to her manager and claimed she was the person in change at the hotel. I told her, I understand this wasn’t her fault but that they needed to make it right some how, some way with a credit or something. Anything. She refused and hung up on me.20 minutes away on the busiest day you could ever imagine they left us out to dry. Totally unacceptable.

We were treated horribly! Our confirmed and paid for reservation was given away to someone else. We received a phone call 30 min after the earliest check in time and 10 min before we were set to arrive and told we were out of luck and there was nothing they could or would do about the situation. We specifically asked for help with different accommodations as we had driven over 17 hours to be there. No help. No suggestions. No care. When we asked to speak to whoever was in charge we were lied too about the name of the woman who called us and ultimately disconnected with no resolution.in response to Annabelle - we asked for help immediately or to be told who we could speak with at a later time for help and were told "there was no one" and that there was nothing the staff would do to help us.

The manager is awful and trains her employees badly. Rooms all smell like smoke and very trashy. Don’t stay here. Also, if they say they will give you your money back, they are lying.

The only thing good about this place is the friendly staff. The room was extremely dirty. The towels and sheets were about the only clean things in the room. There was a chunk missing out of the cabinet in the bathroom. The cabinets in the kitchenette had food residue on every shelf and there was a bag rice left over (which tells me the cleaning person didn’t even look in here). The floors felt grimy and the couch cushions seemed questionable at best. We ended up cutting our stay and moving elsewhere.

I didn't get to fully experience staying except for 1 night, but due to an emergency, we had to leave the next morning. However, the staff was very accommodating even for a late night spontaneous check-in. I definitely would like to stay and get the full experience next time we visit. Thank you for the hospitality!

I wish I could give negative stars. We traveled to Texas for my husbands work being that they have him traveling quite a bit. First time here. First hotel we stayed in here. I have screen shots of every transaction, and proof of the mold in the pool room, and proof of how I left the room because they seem like the type of people who will get their feathers ruffled and tried to impose some kind of claim stating we left the room amuck. The women who work behind the desk never know whats going on and they're not coordinated at all so every time someone new came to work they kept trying to charge my card. Lucky for me I keep it locked unless I'm using it. Upon arrival we paid $720 for the first ten days expecting to stay until the end of November. However we get in the room (Suite 223). So one, on Oct. 3rd we checked into the hotel and paid $720.00 for ten days. We were paid up to Oct. 12. Then on Oct. 11 they tried to take out $38.16. We paid $72 on Oct. 12 to get us over until today (October 13). But woke up today with an attempted charge of $96.48 at almost 04:30 in the morning! Upon check out she stated the $720 was a monthly rate where they don't charge tax and tax is $17 per night (11 nights) so we had to pay the tax of $187. So all in all this place robbed us blind for a total of $1,113 for only 11 days! PLUS THE $75.00 deposit for our dog. Two, the hot water in the kitchen sink doesn't work. Three, the dishwasher in that room doesn't work and I'm assuming it has something to do with the hot water in the kitchen not working, so we just used the dishwasher as a dish drying rack to keep things off of the counter top. Four, we went down stairs to try and swim in their indoor pool and there is mold along the walls on the base boards. The hot tub didn't work even after she had someone come into the pool maintenance room to try to get it going. The pool had so much chlorine in it just standing in the room made your eyes burn horribly. Five, the "free" washers and dryers didn't work properly what so ever. As I was sitting in the laundry room waiting for one of the washers to become available a man came back to grab his things from the washer and his clothes were still drenched. He had to wring them out next to the washer on the floor. Another man was already in there saying that he had put his clothes to dry FOUR TIMES for 60 mins each time and they still weren't dry. And all the responses from the hotel to the negative reviews are BS because from what I've seen it's always "I'll talk to the staff." Or something along those lines. The owner doesn't give a damn about anything but money.
