Cash deposits are often unavailable at the ATM at this location. It's not apparent except a tiny banner across the top of the screen on the first ATM screen before you insert your card. If you insert your card right when you pull up, it's easy to miss this tiny message. I spent a bunch of time trying to make a cash deposit, only to have the ATM open and then immediately close the deposit slot, whirl for several minutes and then tell me there was something wrong with my cash and that it was returning it, except I hadn't inserted any cash at that point. Frustrating, but they were able to make the deposit through the drive through, although it took a while for a teller to answer when I pulled up and hit the call button.

I will never bank with capital one again. They closed my checking account for receiving zelle payments from a law enforcement business for work. Then After 10 years they canceled my credit cards with no missed payments for no reason. All within 2 weeks. Stay far away from capital one.

Went to sort things out with the mindset of closing accounts. Sehjong at the counter was very polite, helpful, and professional it made me reconsider. He resolved my issue so I will keep my accounts there. Should have him train the reps at customer service call center and promotion.

This is one of the slowest banks ever. You might as well apply and get a job there so you can do whatever is needed. Deposit… Withdrawals… Etc. It’ll be faster. ATM always broke. Neck and neck with McDonald’s ice cream machine.

If you ever have have to slightest problem never ever go to this location. The manager Demetrius will never try to help you. He is not friendly at all. He will proudly send you away with the same problem you came with smh. I had my physical license which was expired. I had already renewed it but the physical license had not come in yet. The cashier said if i had the renewal paper with me, she would be able to work with that. I was able to pull it up in my phone. By then the manager Demetrius had just strolled in. I knew he would not even try to resolve my issue. Mind you, i was only making a cash deposit. I know for a fact he could have done that. I once went to Kirby location to make a deposit and i forgot my physical license. The cashier recognized me and said I'll take care of it Ms Fleming. I have been banking with Capitol one for over 22 years. I have 3 business accounts, 2 personal accounts, business credit line of credit and personal credit card and a business credit card. I was horrified that the manager Demetrius would not allow me to make a cash deposit but just 2 months ago my account was hacked making many small charges back to back in Dallas. How was that allowed to happen but i cant make a cash deposit. Demetrius, your common sense is not common. Whatever happened to customer service. This is why this location is rated so poorly.

I went in today to open a checking and a savings account they had one teller and one person helping a customer it took every bit of 15 minutes before someone could help me, so when the young lady next i informed her that I would like to open a checking and a savings account. I let her know that I had a capital one credit card so ask me to open the app for the application when it need more information that was it. I went to a another branch they were so professional and willing to help me open my checking and savings account at this location. I think they need to work on they customer service at this branch

Be careful when you sigh up for a checking or savings they get you with their little lies of no fees and all this other stuff ... I was told I would be getting payed up to two days early by one of the representatives here, his exact words where " You will be getting payed two days early, so that's always nice" but when I called asking why my direct deposit is not in my account they told me that if you read in the website it says "YOU MAYYY get payed up to two days early " and "it's only a courtesy of the bank to do so" This is consider false advertising please make sure you read everything before considering opening an account the representatives will lie just to get you to join or will miss lead it was supposedly because of the holiday I now have to wait 5 days to get payed because the "getting payed early" is a scam now I have to wait 5 days to pay my rent !! Don't trust any bank who plays with your safe heaven or livelihood. It is understandable when holidays come things get delayed but that's not the case here even with the holiday I was still supposed to get payed earlier but their false advertising is a scam!

Sehjong from his branch helped us with one of our card. We previously tried the 800 phone number customer service, but the issue never got resolved. That's when we decided to visit the branch. Sehjong provided us with exceptional professional customer service. Thank you.

I have been attempting to open a business account t for over a week.Walked in on the first day and there was only one employee in the whole bank. She murmurs about short staff and everyone being at lunch. She did look at my documents and told me everything was in order except for my formation documents.So I left. Several days later, today 5/16/13, and spoke to Italia Galvan and told her I would like to open a business account as well. She informs me the person who can help me just sat down with someone and it would take about an hour and a half. I showed her my documents and we went over the need for formation document and the ein document which I showed her again (one seen previously as well)Fast forward about two hours and I pulled back in because no one called. Pretty quickly I was greeted and helped by Maribel Dominguez. She received my documents and I let her know I would be emailing my formation doc, which was previously told to me no big deal. She took my documents to copy and came back to say that I would need a very specific document for my ein number. This is the first person who has known or said this.So I inquired if this is something she can look up. As every other bank I have opened a business account has and can. I think Bank of America opened a few ein numbers for me. She says she does not have this ability.I tell her I have the document on my computer and will be back in 20 minutes and she agrees.I show up 20 min later to her helping someone and a gentleman to first attempt to blame me, and then make a whole lot of excuses about being understaffed (which Maribel also mentioned)Clearly they need training and capital ones lack of concern for hiring well trained, and enough staff is showing.The main excuse was a miscommunication. I’m coming back in twenty minutes is pretty simple. They could have told ne then I was screwed for the day.

Online wire transfer cutoff time is 1pm central time!? This is America, we do business here, not half day workday bs. Plus the $30 convenience fee?! nothing convenient about this
