Called to try to open a small business checking account. The gentleman on the phone said they where understaffed & come back after the new year. It’s other most unprofessional thing I’ve heard all year!

It is the only bank that is close to my house and I wish the one on studewood was still open it was nicer than the one on crosstimbers it's always crowded but I like the fact that there is a bank near me!

Don't even show up just location and less you gonna use the ATM and him hopefully it's working. I had it up to here with capital one they lie about processing checks they don't hold anybody accountable. I've even got my managers badge numbers file case numbers and they did absolutely nothing. I do mailing a complaint to the corporate office and it takes up to six weeks to get a reply. Now this location here I was inside the bank, trying to cash a check once some little punk we're trying to rob me and jump me inside the bank. Do you know what the tellers said behind bullet proof glass? They asked me to leave why I was almost getting robbed. Luckily a patron called 911 while I was fighting with the guys but there's absolutely no security and I have a dodge city to tell me to leave behind a little pretty bulletproof glass and there's nothing you can do about it because there's nobody complain to the managers blow you off the one 800 numbers blow you off you right to the corporate office, I talk to the people on Instagram and I talk to the people on Twitter and they blew me off to with the one 800 number capital wants to closer banks and sell their customer to somebody else

Came here to notarize a document. I had filled out the form and put my signature beforehand and the teller refused to notorized it. I asked her if I could white it out or signed again underneath and she said no. I even asked her to match my ID signature with the one on the form and she still refused. She kept insisting I bring a new copy in, like its easy to get a court issued document. Waste of time.PS. A bank I don't even bank with had no problem notarizing the form. The teller at that bank understood the situation, simply matched the signature on my ID with the one on the form and notarized it for free! I can see why Capital One locations are closing left to right.

They're your typical bank. They didn't honor the offer that I took of getting $250 for opening up a checking account. With direct deposit. I set it up same day. But SSA took too long. Even though I had proof that I set it up in a timely manner. I missed it by they say two days and I was not happy wanted to close the bank account. But I like the early paycheck deal that they have so I kept it open. So to me thats very typical not customer oriented. When I find a better deal. I will close this account.

Worst customer service ever. Made an appointment from far away because it was the only availability they had and I come and no one has the decency to.sit with me and go over the benefits. A man behind a glass insisting on me doing everything online. What's the point of an appointment. 4 empty desks with chairs for customer service for no reason.

Worst bank to do business with hands down!! Unethical business practices, very unprofessional, and ZERO respect for customers. I wish there was an option for no stars!!! What's in my wallet? Definitely not a Capitol One card!

Horrible customer services from Brenda and I was asking questions and just giving me a attitude and not very helpful with my uncle.She was drinking her soda and didn't care to help us out.Never going there again.There's a young guy that help us out last time but wasn't there today.

10/08/22 12:15pm Teller Brenda.Every time I visit this branch; I get a different teller; and every teller seems to have their own set of special rules and regulations that I have to comply with otherwise they don’t help me.Today this tellers special rule was that she couldn’t accept payments with just the COAF bill statement. Last 12 months not one teller had this special rule.So if those are Capital Ones rules please have a structure where all tellers follow the same banks rules. And not their own special rules that they break or enforce depending on what mood their in.

ATM's are Always down. They were just fixed last week and it's back down. This is a Big Inconvenience. I Expected Better from Capitol One.
