Lorena Thank you …. I have been to this branch before for the past three weeks and I expect my problem to be solved, but all that the staff seems to tell me is to call customer service, but today I met lorena. She was great. She solved the problem quickly and she was really patient and professional. I appreciate it. We need employees like her.

This branch had some of the nicest and most compassionate employees I have met at a bank. When faced with the difficulties of a system outage, they met each customer with kindness and understanding of their frustrations. They were quick to provide possible solutions to the dilemmas each customer was facing and they helped walk me through the entire process of how to solve my issue. Would highly recommend.

Worst Customer service. Waited for 45 minutes just for opening checking account. Its not worth spending that much time for opening checking account. They only have 1 associate for opening bank account.

First I stood in line inside for 15 minutes then I sat outside for another 30 minutes in the drive-through. They need to get more people or shut down. Ridiculous service. All I wanted to do was make a $35 deposit for my granddaughter.

This Capital One Bank on Voss is my favorite branch. Because it has teller and ATM. This is the only one in the area that would allow me to make deposits with a teller. There are plenty of parking and located near Kroger Store and other popular retailers.

Worst atm ever , imagine trying to to deposit your rent money and that machine keeps your money you have to call wait like 3 days , worst experience ever ever , don’t use that atm outside it will keep your money

It’s really crazy how difficult it is to bank with capital one. Have been to this branch multiple times to conduct business and had to leave because of technical difficulties with their website that the bankers couldn’t troubleshoot. Came to Upper Kirby location and waited an hour to meet with a banker. Amazing how often “oops we’re encountering a problem” pops up on website or app for even the simplest things. Two stars because individual people are really nice. It’s not their fault—Capital One just sucks overall.

I came to this location today for the first time and I received outstanding service from Victor. He was super helpful, professional and was able to help my son complete a document for his military direct deposits. The exterior appearance of this location is very nice and different from others.
