My experience wasn't .. bad . I had to withdraw a large amount. They did a lot of questions and had to wait about an hour and plus ... but I understand it is for my money's safety . My favorite bank 🏦 App 😎

What you would expect from a bank, lines but usually move pretty fast, tellers are friendly and helpful, banking representatives take a little longer to talk to about your banking needs or questions, usually only 1 person handing that dept.

My goodness it is awful crowded people are rude and the service is worthless. No one approached to say we are sorry we are busy no one approached to check what it can be done to help, this is not the Capital One service we usually custom to....guys do something pls
