ALWAYS HAPPENED WITH THIS ATM. !!!!
I've been robbed By the ATM $700 now I have to wait 45 days to wait for the investigation !!! What a shame for Capital one !!! Never happened to me
I forgot to tell about the customer service of this location no one attended the phone 📱

Horrible came thru the drive thru to make a payment this girl Desiree rude very unprofessional was in the drive thru she asked for my id I explained when I give my id that the Paper I give with my account on it is not what they are applying the payment to she said she would take care of it give my id & she asks for my social security number which was weird I have made cash payments numerous times and the only issue I had was them applying the payment to the account w my name on it not the account I gave the paper for I asked her to give me the manager info & send my money & paper back she was rude & only sent back the paper without the managers name so I went on the inside and she even tried to make it hard for the teller on the inside Jerica who was extremely nice & professional she took my payment applied it to the correct account & that was that Desiree needs more training on customer service

Capital one is a terrible bank! They've closed most of their branches, so the ones that are still open are super busy, and sometimes aren't even open when they're supposed to be. They make everything super difficult for business customers. Just awful. Don't waste your time.

Worst customer service at this branch. They are never able to help. They would rather tell you to call customer service than they helping you as much as possible. Really needs new employees here.

I have never used this bank in my life but everyday I get a email about my credit score which you would have to sign up for and I didn't please remove me off your list you are not my bank and have never been!!!

My daughter just deposited a company payroll check for $600, and they are putting a 72 hour hold on it!? Makes no sense whatsoever! I could understand a personal check or even a company check that was in the thousands, but $600!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Lady I spoke with didn’t even offer to call in the check to see if the funds were available. Obviously they are since it’s a multimillion dollar company! I’m glad I don’t personally bank with these idiots, but my daughter has had a decent experience up until today. These people suck!!

Worst bank I have ever switched to 3 times they have put a week hold on my checks and then tell the third time I went in the branch to deposit a check at my last bank wood forest I deposited it and it’s available the same day but not them they are holding it for a week the service in the bank is even worse the staff could of explained if I deposit it there was going to be a hold instead they happily took the check staff needs to be trained in better customer service I’m closing my account the moment I can take my money out
